Super PISSED OFF! What a joke...not accepting any requests for repair but still sitting on a Google position that make them seem legit. Not open...sending emails when they cannot help or are working. Too bad they SUCK~

HORRIBLE!!!!! It has been OVER TWO YEARS and I have NOT gotten my TV back!!!! We took it in the beginning of 2020, before covid took over and paid in full to repair the blinking of our tv, after a few days of getting it back, it started blinking again! So we called and sent the TV back in...& haven't seen it since!! He let us borrow a cheap loner tv, the volume doesn't work so it requires a large sound bar that sits on our table. (Gee, thanks) I understand that parts became hard to come by once lockdown took place, but it has been 2 years since then and should no longer be the case. There has been ZERO communication on his end. I never heard from Bob, unless I was the one to call & leave multiple messages. One conversation got heated as he argued with me because I was asking for a full refund since he could NOT fix it!!! He wanted to keep the diagnostic fee. Such crap customer service!! I still have not heard anything from him since that call. His phone just goes to Voicemail. No refund, No TV, No Communication! Such BS!!

Bob is incredible! He repaired one of our TVs and installed 3 in our home. We had him move all the electrical so it wouldn’t show any cords and had him mount floating consoles under. He executed all of the above beautiful. We highly recommend bob, he’s a really great guy!

Good communication throughout the process. Bob came and picked up my TV ($75 fee) and called me once the initial bench diagnosis was done with a detailed estimate. TV was fixed and back in action within a couple of days. Well worth it. Thanks!

Super helpful helping me diagnose my TV problem over the phone. Others told me my $2900 OLED TV wasn't worth fixing, but Bob thought it might be a simple board swap, which I was able to do myself after spending just $50 on ebay. Thank you for sharing your time and expertise so generously, Bob!

I interacted and received help from Bob via Yelp request quote option. Bob responded within 15 minutes, and I further followed his instructions to submit information about my TV issues through his website www.videotech911.com. He then called me soon after (on a Sunday, mind you - what great customer service!) and gave me the information I needed to continue. Great, fast, and accurate information and help. Highly recommended due to the professional interactions I've experienced.

I was pleasantly surprised with Bob... he went above and beyond to make sure I wasn't left without a tv while he was repairing mine. Due to Covid -19 parts are taking longer to come in so being w/o a tv wasn't an option for him, and he made sure he found a tv I could use while mine was being repaired. Overall the service was amazing! I would definitely recommend Bob to any of my friends and family

7/19/19: Bob provided generally excellent service at a very reasonable price while evoking confidence and trust in his professional competence and honesty during our interactions in the process of repairing my television. Our 78" curved Samsung stopped working. Bob's company was recommended and I gave him a call. Very prompt response and they were at the house the next day. Could not repair at the house so they took it down and very carefully took it to their shop. It needed a new part and he sent over the estimate for approval before proceeding. They returned a few days later and had it back up and running in 20 minutes. They made sure the tv was perfectly centered, cleaned it thoroughly and made sure all inputs were functional. BUT, somehow the projector had stopped working during this whole process - which was in a different area than where Bob's work was performed. We tried several things to get it working and could not find the issue. Bob was not satisfied with leaving the job "unfinished" and made a call to the original installer to troubleshoot. After trying a few things, it ended up a wire had to be reset to reestablish the "handshake". Prompt service, professional communication, knowledgeable, tidy, courteous - and did not leave until the job was done. Would definitely recommend and use again.
