I ordered my expensive bottle of LePortier. The cork broke. Customer service acknowledged that it's a manufacturing defect, but offered me a measly 15% refund on a bottle that I am unable to drink. Do not buy this product from this company.

I dealt with a guy named Coao (hope I spelled his name right) I ordered three bottles of Marigot Bay Cocoa Nut Rum cream. It was shipped very well and the customer service I received was outstanding. I will be a repeat customer for sure. Thank you so much!!

Ordered 3 bottles of Rum Chata Limon thru a third party and received all 3 bottles expired. They then want me to have them returned - guessing they are going to try and resale? Why else would they pay for shipping. I'd be cautious ordering anything from this company.

I visited this location to purchase the Hennessy 50th anniversary edition by Nas. This was the only location in San Diego that carried the bottle. They had my bottles available and it was a really seamless process. I was expecting a store but it turned out to be a huge warehouse. No complaints...

Sold and shipped defective bottles of Le Portier Cognac. Every bottle I received, the corks broke into the bottles. One of the bottles cracked upon opening. As I bought a few bottles, four months had passed until I opened the bottle that cracked. I tried to get a replacement and was told no. They said their "policy" doesn't allow refunds after 30 days. I explained and provided receipts that I bought a few bottles. I didn't know I had to chug them immediately in order to secure a warranty. So, I asked to see this "policy". After reviewing the policy, there was no mention of 30 days. They told me the "policy" is case by case. So basically, whatever they feel like that day. Terrible customer service, terrible craftsmanship and a nonexistent "policy" they use to justify their poor products.

Good selection. Nice customer service on the phone. Decent prices. Slow lacking shipping.I placed an order and was told there was 1-3 day shipping. Next morning it said "shipped", but days kept passing where there was no movement on the tracking and the shipping company said they never physically received it.CS said it was on a pallet and should be picked up today. Yet there are still no new entries in tracking.I guess I won't be receiving it in time after all and may have to reject the delivery and source from elsewhere.I really don't understand how the order can just sit on a pallet for days on end yet say "has been shipped" and "1-3 day shipping".In the end it came on the last day so I got lucky. I was told there was a backup due to a holiday last week so it's understandable, but I hope it doesn't happen on my next order haha.

Called their store to get status of an order placed 10 weeks ago. The lady that answered was very short with me and obviously didn't give a D@mn about assisting. Immediately became defensive when I asked for any information she could provide - then very rudely hung up when I questioned her rude attitude!!!! Am contacting the order originator to change shipment.
