Terrible customer service! Very rude employees. This is the same place where people send money. If a family member is sick and you send a little extra than usual they make it a big deal and ask a whole bunch of questions and interrogate you as if you are a criminal. They will even take copies of your passport and ask for your social security number!!

Came in here for orthotics and new sneakers. Worked with a salesman named Ben who was super helpful in getting me sorted out with what I needed. They also had a nice selection of dress / hiking shoes. All around good experience.

I couldn't get ANY business done because I don't speak Spanish. No one could understand what I was saying and everytime I call they hangup as soon as I start speaking English. It would be a different story if they were nice to me, but they ignored me like I didn't even exist until I finally realized i would never be helped. Horrible customer service.
