I just had over $300 worth of stuff in my cart and I went to check out there was no checkout lines open. I was informed that I can go to self check out. I don't work here. Why would I go to self check out? Thanks to self check out the employees feel entitled and feel as though they should not have to work, I guess I should apply at Walmart so I can get paid to do nothing

I went to Walmart to get my ribbons and letter stencils and paper to make the letters. I had an amazing person by the name Nicole ask if I needed help. She was very helpful. I ended up getting everything I needed but ended up coming back the next day to get more ribbon. The silver ribbons were nowhere to be found as Nicole remembered me and helped me find two ribbons. She went up and beyond to make sure she found the ribbons. She definitely needs a raise and a promotion cause I have never had such an amazing customer service like what Nicole gave at a Walmart before. Thank you, Nicole !!!!

This is one of the worst stores I have ever been to. Customer service is horrible!!! Andrea at the check out needs a lesson in courteous customer service!! She is like a giant block of ice!!!! You know, with all the stores closing, you would think your employees would be a little nicer!!!!

Staff giving me a hard time about a price on an item. I explained that the item was marked on sale and should be a specific price. She said she didn't have anyone to go look. I said I will go back and take a picture. She said I could not do that. After arguing for ten minutes she finally found a young man to go look. He came back and said, you did better. The price is lower than what you said it was. If you mark a price on the shelf, then make sure you mark the item too. Walmart has a bad habit of mismarking items and customers don't check. It all adds up. You may not think ten or twenty five cents should make a difference but if a hundred people don't question it they are raking in the money at the end of the week. And that girl should have gone and look. It was an aisle close by. Lazy staff. I see mixed reviews here so I guess it depends when you go in. Visit 1-24-23

I had a great experience easy shopimg at wallmart , I had an item that had a bar code that wouldn't scan , everyone seem busy I happy that an employee Name Cristina came to ask if I needed any help I said yes and she was very patient and happy to help me with my purchase thank you Cristina u deserve a raised we need more employes like her on self checkout

This review is for the bakery! It was a super easy process, I received a text with the order confirmation and a separate text that the cake was ready for pick up! I asked them to do a Super Mario Kart cake (5 days prior to the party), and I was super impressed with the outcome! My son was SOO happy and the cake was delicious (white cake, strawberry filling, buttercream frosting). Thank you sooo much to the baker that crafted this special cake for my son!

It's a super Walmart so you'll have a wide variety of food, clothing, shoes, books, electronics and so on. You'll pretty much get the same experience you would anywhere else. There will be employees who are really respectful and quick to help you. There will be those who are disrespectful and don't help you. There are times when check out is fast and other times where there's only a couple lanes open and the lines run into the clothing sections because they're so long. Car side pickup is an interesting experience. I prefer to use that for various reasons. Unlike Target where everything is ready within 2 hours, you choose a specific time slot that you can pick up in. But you're still able to pick up your items after that as well. You pull up to the right side of the building, choose a space, and use your app to put the number of the space into it so they know who to bring the items out to. They're usually nice, though sometimes they aren't and that's fine. They have a tough job and regular things happening in their lives so I understand why they don't always want to have a smile on their face and be super friendly. The one item that is consistently out for me is cilantro. They will always have it listed as an item for pick up but never actually have the item in stock. By the time I get there they say it's gone. One time they switched it out for parsley. Overall, it's a store you can go to in order to get many things you may need from toys, to sewing supplies and makeup. There's so much there in one place. You'll encounter the same issues you would at any store and have some of the same positive experiences too.

This rating is purely for the Brittany who helped me at the return counter- she was very helpful and patient. Overall the Walmart is better than the San Marcos one!

It's a one stop shop. Has food, clothes, houseware, electronics, movies...The food is ok, but I usually just stick with non-perishable items. Altho they do have this evergood pineapple chicken sausage that I love so.

This Walmart sucks for grocery delivery or pickup. There must be a 7 year old for a manager because none of the departments EVER pick up the phone. Even Walmart's corporate can't get ahold of them. To quote the Walmart support rep, "It's sad how a company as big as Walmart can operate this way." I'm now driving to the store, just to knock on their door and try not to lose it when the employee acts friendly. Go somewhere else, I beg of you. Use Instacart's Walmart shopping service, anything but Walmart's grocery service on the site. I actually received the products that were shipped FASTER than the express delivery option from the store. Go figure. I went there the other day after arranging a pickup, due to all of the delivery problems I've had (and it's not driver's fault, it's the store). Anyway, I waited there for TWO HOURS and an employee who had watched me wait there had the gall to ask me if I wanted to just go ahead and cancel the order. Really? Do you think I'd have waited here for two hours if I wanted to cancel? I had a fractured foot and couldn't have gone in and shopped myself easily or I would have. /facepalm /sigh
