Location is dirty, scent of urine upon entry to the bank. Bank has very limited hours(sat 10-12!!!!) so as a customer you shouldn't expect any access to your accounts besides mobile banking. "Staffing issues" are not the customers responsibility.

They are closing a LOT of WF branches now. I have been to this branch every 2 weeks for about 3-4 months now. EVERY time I come inside, there is a line of 8-10 people. WHY haven't they gotten more tellers now that other branches have closed? Average wait time is 15-20+ minutes and it's a freaking JOKE here!!

I have been a customer of Wells Fargo since it took over 1st Interstate. The Vista branch located on Santa Fe Ave., is the absolute worse when it comes to customer service, they have no consideration for the customers time. Also it is very difficult to get an appointment with a banking officer, their response is that the bank officers are busy and not available at this time. It is my opinion that they do not value their customers business, I believe it is time to move to a bank who cares about and values customers.

Wells Fargo is the WORST BANK EVER! They reel You in saying they will give you $200 to open an account... and WILL NOT PAY YOU!!! It is a battle that you can not win! Do not let them lie to you!!! Stay away!

Horrible service and rude..... it's frustrating to see people that work at the branch not do anything but sit at their desks while the line has 10+ people with only 1 teller. It's also disheartening to see a Hispanic woman that works at this branch being sarcastic and rude to a Hispanic man trying to get information.

if I could give them zero stars I would. I have had waaaaayyy better customer service at other Wells Fargo locations. I will not return to this one even though it is less than a mile from my house. Save yourself the heartache of managers on a power trip. We have several accounts with Wells Fargo and have even paid off a mortgage with them. I am so frustrated that we are going to switch to a credit union.

Poor management and annoying bankers. They made a simple transaction take weeks. The customer service was poor. The banker lagged, had attitude, and got personal. Go to a different branch.

Waited for 15 minutes outside then another 15 minutes inside . I was here to make a deposit for my mother in law who is on vacation in Hawaii. I bank with Chase bank , the wait there is half the amount of time or shorter .

Liz is unprofessional, rude, unhelpful and encouraging customers to permanently leave Wells Fargo. She had no name tag, no name on her desk, and she kept saying antagonizing things. I don't even know why she works there, whoever is responsible for keeping her around, reconsider.

This is a decent location but I find that the building is old and the layout is bit weird, specifically the lobby/waiting area. There is an ATM inside and two outside in addition to a drive-through ATM so in total four. Staff is always friendly.

The worst Wells Fargo branch I've been to. Their ATM malfunctions all the time yet they won't fix it. The drive-through ATM runs out of cash more often than not. Plus the ATM is super dirty and could transmit disease. Don't try to make a deposit at this ATM, because it may go wrong. Customer service is not good; there is a woman teller (the one who drives a white Mercedes Benz) who is rude and tries to have a power trip. No surprise that they were robbed by an old man a couple of years ago.

Not a helpful branch. Money was stolen from my account through the ATM in that branch and when I went back to let them know no one wanted to help me. That's $200 someone took from my account!!! Go to another Wells Fargo
