Check your prices at the register. Their price tags say one price and offer "buy 1, get for $1" but they charge a higher price with no promo. Then deny the promo exists when there is a big sign. This is a scam! They hope you don't realize the higher price, and they don't give a receipt for you to check later. This has happened multiple times.
Also, $6 for a bag of chips? Total rip-off here, just go 1 mile to Safeway down the street. 7-11 used to be cheap.

Do not buy beer from here. They gave me a skunked modelo and refused to refund it and were quite rude about it. The entire beer tasted and smelled like weed and it was undrinkable. The employee claimed to give me the managers number but when I called it was not a real number. It’s no wonder the owner is sketchy given how quickly they cycle employees through. Been shopping here from 10+ years and the employees used to be nice and would remember my name. Nowadays they can’t even remember their own name.

Walking distance from my apartment complex. Come here often to cash lottery tickets and pick up snacks. Staff is always nice. They have a good selection of drinks, food and other odds and ends you might need without having to drive out to CVS. There is also a Subway right next door. Super convenient.Will continue coming here. Nothing negative to say at all. No need to try out Heavenly Bistro next door. Save yourself the money.

Walking distance from my apartment complex. Come here often to cash lottery tickets and pick up snacks. Staff is always nice. Who ever yall got working the register 9.27.23 at 2:15pm is rude and yall will lose customers. He seemed to be racist and tried to allow other customers cut in line. He didn't speak when I came in. Why work there if you hate it. I will email corporate either way. Don't treat people who come in there store like they're criminals.

Never been spoken to so rudely by someone in my entire life. Younger guy behind the counter was so rude and aggressive and tried to make me pay for a drink that had exploded while I was trying to put it back. Like, dude, if you had any ability to be nice to anyone I would have paid for it but when you’re going to treat me so badly I’m not gonna go out of my way to buy a busted energy drink from 7-11!

This 7- Eleven store got the worst customer service they're really really bad they always talk on the phone with somebody else and they are really disrespect customer all the time. I was going to the 7-Eleven for nine years.But I will not go there again

Store always dirty and poorly stocked. Today ONLY DOUBLE EXTRA LARGE big gulp cups for sodas and slurpees were available. When asked, the rude as always clerk said, "so, just buy the large!" Dirty store, poor selection, rude employees. A big disappointment! It's too bad, this store is surrounded by large apartment complexes and right off the freeway. They could do so much better!!!
