I'm a disabled veteran and I was rear-ended by a AAA insured driver. There was $31k in damage to my new truck. I was injured in the collision. The AAA adjuster, BreAnna Lambert, has been terrible in all aspects of her job other than protecting AAA. We have reached a settlement, which has been ongoing since May 2023, and now she is refusing to contact me since we reached a settlement. I just went through watching my mother die from cancer in December and I advised her of this and she and AAA don't care. They are inhumane. I've been crashed into by AAA clients on 2 prior occasions and never had issues. This leads me to believe BreAnna is heartless or AAA also doesn't stand by the law and morality. Switch your insurance! We dropped our home insurance with AAA due to this.

I never received my Registration sticker from the DMV after months of waiting so I called the AAA office and went there on my lunch break. It only took about 10 minutes. I walked out with my sticker, and still had time to grab lunch. Definitely using their services next time!

Walked into the WC Branch and the receptionist called up an agent. The agent said he was busy on a call and would call me on the next business day. Waited a couple of days and never heard back, I called the agent and he quickly said he was busy and was going to have to call me back and never did. I must assume that they do not want to help brown folks.

The service provided by this large corporation is a joke. Big company, poor service. My interaction with a customer service representative named Kathleen was extremely unpleasant. Despite my request for a more nice representative (“they were busy”) she displayed a lack of concern and ended the conversation on a petty note by wishing me a nice day.

Tried to get travel maps. Had to wait for someone ahead. Took gal at “check in “ desk less than ONE MINUTE to find 3. Then she tells me she has to check in like 8 people who walked in behind me BEFORE I could get the other maps l needed. Like, WHY, when it would have taken her another minute to check on the others, do I need to wait on (at least) 8 other people to “check in????

I stopped in this AAA Branch to plan a trip to Europe. I was fortunate enough to connect with Marina. In short, she has been amazing to work with. Not only did Marina provide great trip options, but she also provided guidance and trick tips for our upcoming travels. Marina has been extremely patient in our planning and I would recommend her for your travel planning needs!

walked in to turn in some dmv forms because apparently you can do that so that's cool. as i entered, the receptionist (i think her name was Lisa), just gave me the wait finger because apparently she was having technical difficulties with her computer. lol -1 star babes i don't have time for rudeness todayhowever miss Celeste helped me out and she was perfect. honestly a bundle of joy who could hold a personable conversation whilst still being professional. highly recommend her! someone give her a raise!!!yeah this AAA has pretty good service and i'm glad to have come and gotten all my paper work done and all in the name of disabled parking

I had the worst experience with the staff at this location. I took the day off work and made an appointment to register my car. While waiting I saw the agent was just sitting there sipping on his drink while my name was up on the monitor; but he was too busy to take me and I knew right away this is going to turn sour and sure enough, his laziness unreasonably refused to take my payment and once I ask to speak to a supervisor he had me sit there for a long while waiting..... on three occasions I ask the lady up front where Mr. Oscar the supervisor is, and she kept on promising that he is coming. Well, he didn't... I walked off and drove to the Pleasant Hill branch office where the staff was friendly kind and professional. without any issue, they process my payment, issued my sticker and I was out in 6 minutes. I then called the AAA headquarters to address my concerns. The caller created a case and a week has gone by without anyone reaching out to me. I think AAA and their staff need a reminder of where their salaries are coming from. Assisting a client and taking extra initiative in resolving simple issues is what sets a growing company apart from a dying one. Not sure why this branch deserves a Star

this place is great ..they really know what there doing over there they always have me in and out very fast
