Really great service at this store! I recently bought a Weber grill, and Mark and Doug went above and beyond helping me w/ the purchase. Doug asked if I already had propane, and when I told him that I didn’t, he said if I place an online order, he could deliver the tank w/ the grill. Such a smart idea! Their team delivered the grill to my house fully assembled a couple days later, and everything worked perfectly. Very happy with my purchase!

I just had the greatest experience at Ace on Ygnacio. My home store was out of the mulch I needed but the Ygnacio store had plenty. I worked with Doug, the manager, and was extremely pleased with the level of customer service! Doug and his team went out of their way to not only meet my needs but exceed them! I'm happy I had the opportunity to shop at such a fantastic store. You now have a forever customer!

Great hardware store that's well-stocked, clean and brimming with helpful staff. They were the only ACE for miles that carried the potting soil I needed and in large quantities. The guys that helped load it all - Mr. Red-beard and slender silver buzz cut dude were AMAZING! They also have a really cool paint bucket dragon guarding the entrance!

I have always had very positive experiences every time I have gone into the store. All the staff is very friendly and extremely helpful and they always have answers to any questions. I have about home projects. Nikko is wonderful he has helped me multiple times with paint and other projects. I highly recommend the store.

Shop somewhere like Home Depot where no one knows anything.

Marc is phenomenal employee at ACE. Marc went PAST and BEYOND to find an alternative solution and he did. ACE Walnut Creek store is the place to go.
