Terrible service!! The driver picking my Mother up for her appointment in Walnut Creek was struggling to get her in van.. I had called to make these arrangements a week before pick up with Moms credit card. We get to appointment and driver writes down phone number.. call when your done. We call and they've never heard of my Mother. Panic strikes. I'm handicapped as well and I have a Mom on oxygen in a wheelchair that I can't help. After calling the facility she was in and several calls the van shows up with a driver that seems competent at last! Waited over and hour for help! I will NEVER use them again
