Their prices and conditions seem fair. However, it's incredibly annoying that I did a whole full inquiry AFTER they e-mailed me and then after I submitted a whole hard loan inquiry they just never got back to me. They could have told me if I was rejected or even worked with me, given I was pretty flexible, having access to many strong co-signers and increased down payment. I really wanted the car too.

CAUTION: Do not buy a vehicle from Best Prices, Richard Ujdur owner. Ujdur sold me a vehicle in February. He did not have the legal title to the vehicle. Ujdur gave me three month temporary license plates. Now the plates are expired. It is not legal to drive the vehicle and Ujdur has no plan to obtain the title and transfer ownership to me. 4S4BTANC4P3150786

I have some mixed feelings about how things went down with my last purchase. There is still some time to potentially give a higher rating. But here is what happened, and I will start with the good things.I was able to get a relatively good deal for a car I really liked (2013 Audi S4) with roughy 120k miles. I know German cars are expensive and it's high mileage, but the car looked great and had only one owner. The salesman was also pretty nice and helpful with getting a loan. I paid roughly 15k for the car and I also got a 3 year / 30k miles warrantee (PRco is the name of the warrantee) that is supposed to fix all issues from wear and tear (including engine and transmission) for only a $100 copay. This sounded too good to be true, but I knew repairs would be expensive and figured it would come in handy.After 1-2 weeks, my car started lurching forward in 1st gear and that was concerning, but not enough to bring in yet. Then around week 2-3 the transmission problems became so severe that I could not even bring it on the highway and the gas pedal / gears would not respond together and it became a dangerous problem very quickly.I brought it to a shop, who recommended another shop, who recommended another shop and I had to pay about $600 for diagnostics with shops that couldn't help. Finally, German Sport realized that the transmission was trash. The dual clutch transmission works great when it works, but have a 120k-150k lifespan unfortunately, and it had to be replaced. This replacement cost about $18k. The PRco warrantee place only agreed to pay for $12k and they did not pay for the tax. I will take this up with them as well, but Udjur had convinced me that they would pay for the whole thing. This is not all Udjur's fault, but I was mislead.I don't think Udjur knew that there was a huge problem with the transmission, but this was the most I ever paid for a car and it broke down faster than sub $5k cars I've bought. The car is great with the new transmission, but I was out of a car for over a month after buying it and still paying on it.If Udjur decided to pay half of what I paid out of pocket, or if PRco agreed to pay half, I would increase my stars to 3 or 4. and if both of them helped, or the full amount was paid I would increase to 5 stars.I really like Udjur and I feel a little bad leaving a 2 star rating, but I did get kinda screwed financially. I hope the car ends up lasting a while and maybe I can get compensated for some of my out of pocket.

Was looking for a reliable, somewhat inexpensive car. Went to about 8 car lots and the cars were fair at best. Came to Best Prices and saw an older 2001 MBZ. The car was impeccable and fairly priced. Wendy let me test drive the car and she gave me well over an hour to take it home, show my family, and inspect the car on my own. Went back and purchased the car. Wendy was great. All paperwork completed in less than half an hour. Thanks Wendy!

We've known Tony for many years and just recently sold him our second leased car. We enjoy working with Tony because he is fair and knowledgeable. We always have a better experience going to him than we do to return our leased vehicles at the dealership.

I was excited to buy this 2016 Ford Explorer . Everything seemed to have been in good working condition. However I noticed a couple day after having the vehicle my headlight was out. I took it to the Ford dealership and they informed me the housing of the headlight on the front end looked as though it was in an accident and quoted me $1,100 to fix it. A week after having the vehicle my air conditioner stopped working, my Bluetooth never worked, my back up camera never turn on and my radio went out. I reached out to the dealer and I was told I’m better off taking to my local mechanic to fix these issues because they weren’t going to help. If I was told about these issues before purchasing the vehicle I wouldn’t have an issue but I wasn’t. Here we are almost two months of having my vehicle and I get a phone call threatening to take my vehicle for non payment which was false. I spoke to the bank and they said they have record of my payments and the dealership is mistaken. I called the dealership multiple times and got no answer or an apology. I’m upset that they accused me of lying and not making my payments. If I knew I would have had these issues before hand I wouldn’t have purchased this vehicle.

Just made my My 3rd car purchase with these guys. Never disappointed. Bought my first car here over 7 years ago and put another 250k miles on it. Nate and Wendy are on it and will work their magic for you. If you want a easy, honest, great deal, see these guys for it. I'm sure I'll be back for car #4 soon. Thanks again for everything. They also sell extended warranties if you want to feel even more confident on your used car purchase. I definitely recommend this place for your next car purchase.
