I had a large event (actually two) last weekend and needed to stock up wine, beer, liquor, and mixers. The manager, Carley, was incredibly helpful over the course of several days by phone, email, and in person. She went well above and beyond: working with me to size the order, confirming they had inventory (and sourcing bottles for me where necessary), and ensuring that everything arrived at my events at the time that I needed it. I will go back here for my next event for sure just because of Carley.

I called 3 times on 1/13 at 1:10pm and the person that finally answered just place the phone near the cash registered (hearing all the conversation with another customer) without acknowledging my call. RUDE!!!!

You can't even ask a question to the manager bc she is talking rude it was a simple question but I guess she is mad bc she have to work on this holiday but that's not my problem. I'll make sure to talk with a customer service about that. You can't talk with people that much rude

You love to bevmos extensive selection of so many different types of alcohol but prices can be a bit high for my liking. The variety is commendable with a lot of rare finds and a lot of popular choices the service is good everyone's friendly and nice and tries to help you find what you're looking for overall it's a nice beverage option. Just be mindful of what your budget is some of the products they do carry at your local grocery store for a lower rate.

Great selection. Good prices. They not only have a large selection of wine and spirits they carry glasses and assorted accessories for beverages and snacks.

worst customer service ever, the basics are hello, welcome in, how are you doing today. All the cashiers there are rude. Never coming here again. Guy restocking was the only one that greeted us.

Have been out running errands for hours, stopped in to buy 6 bottles of wine for a girls lunch. Needed to use the restroom. OH MY GOD. It was THE WORST I have ever seen. No TP, no paper towels. The hand dryer was blackened from dirt. There were flies. The smell was horrific. The walls & floor blackened & dirty. The toilet was covered in vomit & feces stains. I dont think this restroom has been cleaned in months, if ever. I told the cashier (young hispanic male, lots of gold chains), he blank stared at me & asked for my membership number. Zero acknowledgement. I'll go elsewhere in the future just based on that. Yuck

I've come in this location numerous times now to give an adequate review. For the most part, they have quite a great selection and not as huge of a store as others so it's not as intimidating. However, with that said, there is also not enough help here at this location anyway. There are very few employees here who you can ask and be bothered with to help you on your search for something. I've searched for them in between aisles, gone up to the cashier to ask for help, and some are locked up that you actually need for one of them to unlock. There's been times when absolutely no one is around to ask for help at all. So this is a hit or miss. I can see a store like Total Wine even as big as that place is, at least there are friendly, helpful employees there who come up to you and ask 'can I help you find anything'. You won't get that same question here at BevMo. It's no wonder they hardly have people shopping in here (only a few) almost every time I come in. I came in last week and there was a new guy (Hispanic maybe, 5'6, unfortunately I don't have his name) at the register and I purchased 6 wine bottles. He wasn't very friendly, no smile, straight faced - but that's beside the point. He put them in a box for me and I even rolled my cart around so it's right in front of the edge of the counter so he can (hopeful on my end) put the box in my cart because it was a bit heavy. The 6 bottles could've easily gone in 2 bags which would've been easier for me to lift and carry in and out of the cart/to my car and back home as opposed to this huge box! But he didn't even move the box for me to put in the cart which was literally an inch away. I was so shocked and horrified! I moved it myself and lifted the box off the counter and put in my cart and got the heck out of there! Blown away he didn't even put in my cart for me! There are nice people who actually are more helpful there, an older gentleman and a couple of women who are kind who's helped me with moving a box into my cart at checkout without asking. I appreciate their help. It would be nice for this location and helpful to customers for a few employees to be out on the floor and actually helping customers find what they are in need of. At times I've seen them filling out a cart which I assume they're filling an order. Perhaps they can look up and ask if they see employees dancing around them and giving them stares and looks if they need finding anything. Or after they've filled their order to offer their help to customers. Wouldn't that be great customer service?
