“We went in to get our sit bones measured and had planned to buy new/appropriate sized seats for our bikes.
Josh did the measuring and helped explain what would be a good seat and what he'd recommend for our style of riding and needs. Unfortunately, they didn't have it in stock.
He spent a long time with us, answering questions we had about a bunch of the bike world we were trying to dip our toes into. Pedals/Cleats and clip options. As well as fitness levels, what to expect from different types of riding and just bike life in general.
Great guy, knows his stuff and is super down to earth and approachable.”
