“We went in to get our sit bones measured and had planned to buy new/appropriate sized seats for our bikes. Josh did the measuring and helped explain what would be a good seat and what he'd recommend for our style of riding and needs. Unfortunately, they didn't have it in stock. He spent a long time with us, answering questions we had about a bunch of the bike world we were trying to dip our toes into. Pedals/Cleats and clip options. As well as fitness levels, what to expect from different types of riding and just bike life in general. Great guy, knows his stuff and is super down to earth and approachable.”

“The guys in this bike store are absolutely amazing people. I want to specifically call out Zac (manager) and Gavin. These guys are stars. I needed to get a new bike and this time I wanted something nice. I’ve been a cyclist for over 25 years and I want to buy something I absolutely love. Gavin helped me and picked out a gravel bike and so I ordered it online. When it came in, the seat post was too tall and Gavin helped me find a seat post in the company that will allow me to test ride the bike. Few days later the seat post came in and I finally rode the bike. It was too small. So now Gavin had to order me one size up. He did it with a smile on his face. A week went by. The bigger bike came in. I once again went into the store to test ride it. This time, the seat post fits. The frame fits and it’s looking good. I took the bike out for a real ride to see how it feels. Good news is the bigger frame works but I just didn’t love the way the bike felt. It felt sluggish for me. I came back to the store. Zac and Gavin were both there greeted me with a smile and asked “how was it?!”. I told them I don’t think this is the bike for me. I don’t love the ride. Without questioning, they helped me off the bike and immediately did a refund on the spot. Wow. The service is unbelievable. They never made me feel bad once about all the trouble I put them through. They said “hey I get it. It has to be right”. That’s amazing. If you don’t want to feel pressured buying a bike or anything bike related. Go to these guys. You won’t regret it. I am def buying a new bike and it will just take me time to find it. I’m def going back to see Zac and Gavin when I am ready.”
