Tried out a climb x bootcamp class and I loved it. Definitely a great workout. The parking lot is small and you must park in an unmarked spot. The climb room is very slim but it works. There's no lockers but cubbies. I would definitely go back to try the lagree class.

I just hit my 500th class with CBFit! Since day one the instructors have always been welcoming and encouraging. The workouts never get easier which is a good thing and every workout is challenging. Music never gets old and the variations of exercises keep you on your toes. My favorite trainers are Chelsea, Pamela, Paul, and Kim! They are all excellent and being a trainer myself I appreciate how knowledgeable they each are! I especially appreciate the corrections to make sure I stay injury free. Bonus is the friendly and loving community!

Absolutely love this studio. I’ve always been active but have had a hard time finding a place I was motivated to go to consistently. CB Fit definitely changed that! I only lived in WC for 10 months for a travel contract but felt SO welcomed and a true part of their studio. Highly highly recommend!!

Another great workout studio in Walnut Creek! They have climb x bootcamp and megaformer classes, and they are very different but both highly effective and fun - in different ways of course :) They are held in different studios/workout locations with different equipment and setup. First and foremost - EVERYONE is so nice and welcoming here. No matter what. The instructors are so helpful and check-in a lot during class, especially if you are new. I have been frustrated at times (especially in the Megaformer classes, which are tough) and nobody ever took it as "rude" or anything like that. The instructors are all really positive and helpful and do what they can to provide clients with the best experience possible. Customers are always appreciated/valued and their priority and that is one of the reasons they are so successful. I have walked in here several times in a bad mood after a long day of work and the positive energy from the instructors and positive atmosphere turned that around. The workouts, as noted above, are really effective in different ways. Megaformer is a really great ab & leg workout, although you also do upper body. It's tough! The climb x bootcamp classes are held half on the climbing machines and half on the floor. There is fun lighting in the room and it is higher intensity. I highly recommend at least trying out this studio if you are looking for a reformer pilates class or a unique cardio/bootcamp class that you might not find elsewhere.

This place is awesome! The lagree classes are challenging yet fun. The instructors are friendly, attentive, motivating and upbeat. The climb classes are also intense and an excellent way to sweat. I’m so happy I found this place ?

First time here and I already fell in love with it. It's just so happened that I am really starting to like Lagree and then I saw they also have the X Climb! The area is clean and the staff is really nice. I live in Hayward and I had to drive here just so I can try it. My daughter lives in LA and she's been taking this class there once a week or so. I have seen only 2-3 cities that offers this class close to my area and they're all no less than 44 minutes drive. It's kind of too far from where I live though but I will come back again definitely. Parking is at the back of the building. Make sure to arrive 10-15 minutes earlier to get settled in.

I signed up for the 1 month starter for $140 and in the last 3 weeks I’ve only been accepted to 1 class. I’ve been on the 2nd to 6th on the waitlist and I never make it into the class. I need a manager to contact me please.

CB Fit and the owner Chelsea are incredible! I look forward to going (which I can’t say about almost any other workout). The instructors are all fantastic (special shout outs to Pamela and Brittany for rocking it extra hard!). I started going during my first pregnancy and it made me feel so good my entire pregnancy. I also snapped back a lot faster. I see my best results going at least 3x a week (although even feel 100x better going once a week).My athletic husband also came with me and said “this is not what I expected when going to Pilates (mostly stretching), this was an awesome workout!”

I am coming up on my four year anniversary of my first class at CB Fit and I am still hooked! I am someone who is easily bored and it's amazing how it is still my favorite workout.Once thing I have learned about the Lagree method is that you are always challenged. The Climb classes give you that extra cardio burst as well as strength work. Chelsea and Paul have created a great community and every instructor at the studio makes you feel welcome. If you haven't tried it yet, commit to a few sessions and you will not regret it!

The classes and instructors at CB Fit are the best, I don’t think I’ve ever stuck with a workout so consistently. Classes are definitely challenging but you always leave feeling accomplished - highly recommend!

CB Fit is amazing! I started going here after working with a physical therapist post the birth of my second child. I was not doing a good job practicing all of the exercises from my PT, so it was recommended that I try out Pilates to help with consistency.CB Fit has excellent reviews, and it's what sold me on trying this place for Pilates Reformer. The music playlists for class are current and clubby - almost like the playlist you get at Soul Cycle, which makes it a fun experience. The instructors are very attentive and will adjust you during class to make sure you are doing the exercise correctly or provide modifications if you are pregnant or working through an injury.Finding CB Fit has helped me with not only my recovery post partum, but also my quality of life has greatly improved (I'm less injury prone). Thank you to the great staff, and especially to the owners Chelsea and Paul who's passion for their clients doesn't go unnoticed!

Working out on my own is boring so I'm a big fan of group fitness classes. I've taken a wide variety of classes and Lagree is the cream of the crop and CB fit is *chef's kiss*. Not only do they offer the Lagree method, they offer a strength and cardio class using weights and a fancy climbing machine. I've been much more consistent in working out since I can vary my workouts during the week. Overall, I feel stronger and my low back pain is no longer an issue. As a bonus, all the instructors and staff are all very welcoming and work hard to foster a fun and supportive community.Tips for newbies: There is a parking lot behind the building and the entrance from the parking lot is the front of the studio. There is meter parking along Broadway and it's free before 10am and Sundays (I think). Come early to your first class and introduce yourself to your instructor and the machines. Bring sticky socks for Lagree if you already have them. Bring a towel if you get shweaty like me. Lastly, smile and enjoy the burn.

Chelsea and her staff at CBFit Walnut Creek are absolutely fantastic! Every trainer is skilled and leads a wonderful class. The workouts are tough, but they are enjoyable. I've been coming here for three years, and I love it!! I would recommend it highly to anyone.
