Thank you to both Sal Samandar (Assistant VP) and Steve Fullen (VP / Branch Manager) for their outstanding client service. As a first-time customer of Chase, they have given the impression of smooth and seamless banking with Chase. Special thanks to Sal for helping me get started with my account. Not only was he very detailed and informative, he was also very helpful and considerate; walking me through every step of the way. Their service has made me feel confident in banking with Chase. Walter Aguilar is the guy to see at this location. He was super helpful and really friendly. When I first arrived there was a long line and they close at 2pm on Saturdays. He said someone will be right with you and was great with customer service. The female teller I had at the counter was a little surly but Walter was really nice and helpful. They had a line of people when I left but he offers great customer service when you are with him and I think that speaks volumes about him and this branch.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been trying to get hold of a Celia Swain, to discuss a college savings plan. The number listed is actually for someone else. I've left numerous messages without a return call. I have tried to call the brank directly dozens of times and no one ever answers the phone. Customer service at this Chase branch is NON-EXISTENT.

Apparently banks aren't banks anymore. If you want to do anything you can't do on their app or webpage, you have to *schedule an appointment*. Wild.

Fix your damn hours. Just wasted my time coming here only to find out they close at 2pm, and not 4pm, as it shows on Yelp. Get it together.

A few days ago I went with my mom to open a checking account and applied for a credit card. My mom doesn’t speak much English but we were glad Nicolas was there to help. He was able to guide us through the process and I couldn’t be more thankful. He is very knowledgeable and was able to help us, despite my moms unique situation . Highly recommend this location, specially if you want someone who speak Spanish and is really professional.

I am a long-time customer here. When I went to make another account here today. They said that it even though it was business hours, but they couldn't create one. Also, they said most customers make an appointment online so it is difficult to just fit in someone who walks in without an appointment. They said it takes about one hour to make a new account so they want us should visit early. We called Chase a few weeks ago and they told us to come to the bank and set up a new account easily and didn't talk of an appointment system and didn't warn us that it would take an hour. I have a very big complaint about the service of this bank.

I recently attempted to create an account with Chase Bank at Walnut Creek, but unfortunately, I had a very frustrating experience. There were several errors during the account creation process, which made it difficult and time-consuming to complete. I found myself constantly having to restart the process due to technical issues, which was incredibly frustrating.To make matters worse, I was unclear on where the company was sending my mails. This was concerning, especially when it came to receiving sensitive information or important notifications. I was left feeling uneasy and unsure about the security of my personal information.Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of my experience was the management's lack of respect for their clients. I found their customer service to be unhelpful and dismissive of my concerns. It's disheartening to see a company that seems to prioritize its own interests over its clients' needs.Overall, I was left feeling incredibly frustrated and disappointed with this company. The errors during the account creation process, the uncertainty around where my emails were being sent, and the lack of respect shown by management have all contributed to my negative experience. I would not recommend this company to others and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I have 2 lines of credit 10k plus limits, a checking account, and a savings account. Was pulling out cash and they would not allow me to use their restroom. As a result I had to urinate in their parking lot due to a bladder condition. Be sure you use the restroom before visiting for length conversations like mortgages, equity lines, etc. as they do not provide a restroom to their clients. I have never had this problem in Sacramento nor at other banks like BoA or Golden 1.
