Thank you Mahnaz for helping me track down a missing cashiers check a few weeks back! She was a huge help compared to the other chase branch I went to who said there wasn’t anything I could do. Great customer service skills and made me feel comfortable while assisting me.

Did a money exchange, promised for 2 days, in asking for the status on the 2nd day, the guy picking up the phone clearly unable to answer and just directed me to client services that redirected me back to him. He says "its not my job, I only do banking and it is you who started on saturday, and I cannot anything", well thats one way to lose a customer

The bankers in there does not know anything. I went there to remove someone as Power of attorney on my account and they did not know what to do at all.

For being a new branch. There is never anyone available. You are not greeted when you arrive. Tellers treat you with disdain when you use them instead of the in store ATM machine. I am going to be looking for either a new branch or bank.

Pleasant interior with tables, seats and . booths Both Tellers and ATM machines inside Excellent lighting.. Helpful staff showed me how to Get Cash from ATM selecting the denominations I wanted..
