Comerica Bank in Walnut Creek has the worst staff ever!!!Both of the women bank tellers have the worst communication skills and they do not know how to count money!!! please hire new staff Because it is getting out of hand with bad management.

I recently had a disturbing experience with Comerica. It first started off with a $5000 discrepancy and then it escalated into $13,000. My personal banker at Comerica was not willing to assist or aid in these discrepancies, even though they're my personal banker. I recently hired a lawyer to fix these matters because Comerica will not provide customer service either at the bank, phone, internet.

This place is incompetent as you can get the branches and the WALNUT Creek is incompetent as you can get their own customer check They don't honor their own customers checks They need to be fired all of them. If you don't need to know who I am I'm catching your customer's check that you verify hasn't done funds recovery just give me my. D*** money.

Worst bank ever. Especially with the Direct Express...and they are awful horrible difficult to deal with. My husband put his social security check in there every month. He passed away June 7. I waited the required 40 days and went to take his death certificate to them and they blocked my access to the money. Did everything they told me and still no response. I went to a lawyer which cost me over $1000 and money everytime I call them to find out that Comerica has still not responded. They filed all the necessary paperwork and still no response. It has been 4 months. I need the money. I called today and got another person not willing to do anything. (Plus they have terrible music while you are on hold)

Worst experience ever!! Extremely rude! Had an appointment and it was pointless! They tried to reference me to do business with another bank and they were extremely unreliable unhelpful and untrusting!!!!!

these animals close at 5 pm instead at 6 pm on Fridays as it reads on the front door of the bank. it looks like they cannot wait until finish their day to go and spend their hard-earned bucks they make for doing nothing.

Needs better leadership. Fridays they close at 6, I come around 5:25 for business and they are closed. A woman left her car keys in there. We were calling and banging on the door. I hope she got home safe.

What can I say, I love this bank. I Opened an account here at the Walnut Creek branch in 2008. This bank typically does not have a line. After years of wasting so much time in line at various other larger banks, I had, had it. No lines. Friendly staff who knew me by name. This is how banking should be! I have experienced great Comerica Banking Service in Texas, Florida and all over Southern California. This is a bankers bank. If you have better things to do with your time than waiting in line, this is the bank for you!

This is a terrible bank. Do not get a HELOC or account with them. I got a home equity line of credit with them, which required me to open a checking account. When I moved out of state, they would not let me close the account over the phone, and charged monthly fees until the account was drained. Then they reported the monthly fee to collections, even though they made it impossible to close the account. Stay away, it's the worst banking experience I have ever had.

This is the worst bank in CA. My dad has been a member for as long as they've been open and we recently moved up here. The only reason why I don't change is because he hS his SS and pension in this bank. They charge for everything. $8- for a copy of each check. Really? $8- for a statement. They can't sign any document unless they go through their legal department. They don't give you any info on who's in charge above the assistant manager who make branch level decisions either. You might as well just do everything online since they can only dispense money and receive checks. One positive note is the customer service agents are very nice. It's the corporate

I have been banking with Comerica for 15+ years, since my Michigan days, and I really like this branch. There is never a long line and I am always greeted in a friendly manner. Not sure where all the bad reviews came from but the people here seem really nice. I have even dealt with the manager Keali'I, and he is great!

So I go into the bank to to withdraw MY money out of MY account that no one else is named on. First off I wasn't greeted , I give the teller my ATM card followed by my ID that she asked for . Then she asks for my phone number and I asked her why and she says its procedure to ask for phone number , okay I give her my number . Then she tells me she can't give me any big bills and I said your a bank and you have no big bills? She claims the person who can get change is on lunch.... okay just give me my $! So then she prints out the receipt with the amount I'm withdrawaling and asks me to sign in. I sign it quickly and angry at this point and she looks at and (she still has my ID and card ) and says no you need to sign it like how your ID is and quickly flips my ID over like I'm trying to copy the signature.... Ok I sign AGAIN ! Now this the icing in the cake , I'm in California it's 80* Sunshine and everything I had my sun glasses on , so before she hands me my money but after I signed the receipt she asks me to take my shades off. I ask if is she serious and she says very . I laugh and take them off all while calling my husband to tell him the fuckery! Finally she counts my money and gives me my . I'm pissed beyond measure at this point. I storm out calling corporate and they agree she was wrong. So I go back into the after cooling off for about ten minutes and go straight to the branch manager desk and tell him what happened and he sees nothing wrong with her actions ! ) I told him she was wrong for racially profiling me and he says I've never seen her racially profile anyone , I told well you have today ! He shrugs he shoulders and I storm out once again angry . she really did racially profile and tried to give me a hard time about my own money????
