Great customer service! My new vehicle had some minor damage from a collision and they got it repaired and rolling.
The shop is nice and clean and easy to get to. Hopefully I won't need them again anytime soon but if I do, I know there's a reliable place for body repair.

Amazing job repairing my car! The staff was polite and friendly! They kept me informed throughout the whole process and made everything quick and painless! Hopefully I never get into another accident but if I do I know where I'll be coming! I highly recommend this place!

I came in to get my car repaired after I was rear ended. Briana and Amanda were both so helpful and knowledgeable. They kept an open line of communication with when I could expect my vehicle back. I appreciate both of them and their outstanding customer service! Hopefully I won’t need another repair soon, but if I do, I’ll for sure be coming back to these ladies!

Update. I emailed the address in the reply below in two separate occasions about my experience, no reply to either email. They obviously just reply to negative reviews to appear helpful, no real intent on making it right......yes Caliber Collision, I would definitely say you missed the mark.
Had a small accident with my 2023 Mazda. Initial estimate was roughly $3000 lower than the final bill for some reason, honestly I can't be 100% certain they even replaced all the parts that I was charged for. When I went to pick up the car the panel gaps were uneven and very poorly fitted. One wheel had to be replaced and the replacement wheel was grey instead of black like it was supposed to be..... obviously they thought they could just pass it off. Clearly there is no pre-delivery inspection or quality control. I had to wait for them to correct the poorly adjusted panels, then told I would have to bring it back to replace the wheel which is a major inconvenience. After getting the car home I noticed dirt in the paint on the panel in front of the hood and that the paint doesn't match. They claim they didn't do anything to the panel with the dirt in it but it was obvious they had. The car has less than 3000 miles and was perfect before the accident. After returning the car to the shop they refused to fix the mismatched paint. Do yourself a favor and avoid this shop, get em in get paid and get em out. Poor quality all around. Not happy one bit.

I was so pleased with the efficiency, superior customer service, and the constant updates and quality of the work. I left a different location to come here because they had such horrible service. So glad I came to Pine St. thank you for making my experience amazing. .

I highly recommend Caliber Collision on Pine St in WC. They do excellent work and provide top notch customer service. I found them after I was in a fender bender, and they took great care of my car, handled the insurance, and communicated with me every step of the way. Everyone on the staff was professional and friendly.
