This pharmacy is absolutely the worst. The staff are uninformed and rude. I went in to pick up meds for my mom and myself but their system does not take my FSA card. I asked for the person in charge at the time to help me with my FSA transaction and he insinuated that there wasn't enough on my balance. How rude. When I found out it's their system that doesn't accept my FSA. I've since moved all of our prescriptions to another pharmacy outside of CVS.

The pharmacy line is always long and moves very slowly. I pick up meds for my elderly mother and a disabled friend or would change pharmacies (to the Walgreens on Treat and Main in Walnut Creek where I pick up my prescriptions). The staff is kind and helpful, but whoever is in charge needs to hire more!

This is the actual most trash pharmacy I have ever been to. Even when I call ahead to make sure my prescriptions are ready before I show up, they're still not ready when I show up. Even after I've received a text that they're ready AND called to confirm that they're ready, they still can't manage to get my prescriptions to me when I arrive and they make me wait another hour or another day when I don't have that kind of time. I don't have any other pharmacies near me that carry the medication that I take, so I'm screwed, but you don't have to be. Go to a different pharmacy. This one is awful, and you will spend a lot of time waiting for very little result. Their phone system is terrible, they're always way too busy, and it easily could end up being 2-3 trips to and from the pharmacy to pick up one med. Also, if you get a text that your med is ready and you don't go right away, they might shelf it, and it won't be ready when you come to pick up. And again, calling ahead doesn't work so it is just a rotten situation and a rotten place.

I don't understand this pharmacy. I've never had so many issues before. They are always out of medications and before they used to tell you where it is available but now I need to call every CVS in the area to find out if they have it?! Such a waste of time. Another CVS gladly told me where it was in stock, so obviously they are just lazy here. So disappointing, especially since I already called every CVS in Concord and Walnut Creek and it was easily available at the Target CVS in Pleasant Hill.

This pharmacy has gone downhill. Some of the staff is nice & helpful & some of them are rude. They need to hire more staff as there is always a line. They also should post on their website that they are closed for lunch so that folks don't make unneeded trips. I'm not sure why they can't have lunch shifts so they they can stay open. I'm going to change pharmacies at this point.

This minute clinic is absolutely terrible. Came here with the family first thing in the morning for the flu shot because the only available appointments were for each person to come back over the course of 5 separate hours. No one was in the waiting room and they said "sorry we're packed" as they set out the standby paper. Make that make sense. No one came for another hour and they ignored us so we left. Last year it was ok. Providers this year are horrible. Don't go to this location! We rescheduled for a different store.

I got a text message to remind me of a vaccine shot, but the CVS was shut with a hand written sign that they had a power outage

They do NOT accept Medi-Cal at the pharmacy. DON'T tell them you have Medi-Cal if you want to pay out-of-pocket. They WILL NOT let you pay out-of-pocket if they know you have Medi-Cal, even if you also have Medicare. BEYOND RIDICULOUS.

Staff has gone DOWNHILL This pharmacy location use to be great a few years ago (pre-pandemic)! It's such a bummer. We moved farther away and made a concerted effort to keep this CVS location as our pharmacy, but today I'm DONE. As a loyal customer for years, I know that their lunch break is @ 12:30. I'm standing in line literally 1 min prior to their break, assuming I'd be that annoying last customer w/my sick kid who JUST had her meds called in from her Dr. And they turned us away! I pleaded and pointed to my daughter who needed this medicine asap (asthma), which I knew was ready for p/up and the pharm tech still said no, saying that their system automatically shuts down in 1 minute. Okay! Then you have ONE MIN to check us out...it wasn't *technically* 12:30, YET. Another time I had one pharm tech actually tell us that we had to physically take our non-Rx related purchases to the front and wait in line there, instead of purchasing them along with our Rx's!! I couldn't believe it. I said no, I'm not doing that, that's ridiculous. I've always grabbed a couple add-on items during my Rx pickups and now you're telling me that in addition to waiting 12 minutes in the Rx line, that I now need to take the remainder of my purchase and wait in a separate cashier line?!?! Pure laziness. This was the last straw. This place ain't worth it. It use to be. But it isn't anymore. Lines are always terribly long. They're understaffed. They take light years to answer the phone, so gawd forbid you need to actually speak w/a pharmacist. And to add insult to injury, right as we left the parking lot today, I got the CVS notification that my child's meds were ready for pickup Off to Walgreens from now on.........

Wow, what a terrible minute clinic. I brought both Jenbert Jrs here to get their vaccine. Before I could even check in, the pharmacist flat-out lied to me by saying that she could not vaccinate my kids because they got Moderna shots initially and this place offers only Pfizer. I said, there's nowhere that states that when I made the appointments. She stated that it was a policy by the CDC and they could not bend from it. I know that's a lie and she was just making up excuses to turn them away. At least we didn't have to wait before being turned away.

This pharmacy changed management a few months ago. New management shook things up. it needed to be shaken up. Some things are better, but, honestly, the pharmacists are egotists and they talk to everyone like they are morons. I won't go here and be treated disrespectfully.

Rude service conducted by the female worker there this morning. I booked an appointment for 8:40am online for a COVID rapid test and waited for the nurses to show up to work just to hear the female nurse say she could not help me until she clocked in...at 9 am (despite me having booked an appoint at 8:40). Finally, around 9:10, she called me in to check in while I was on a call with my insurance. I asked for one minute to quickly end the call and she said "i have other people to get too i won't wait for you."

This CVS is horrible. I have witnessed them being completely rude to other customers, including an elderly man who was left waiting for 30 min even though his Rx was ready. Personally, they have claimed I am out of refills despite my prior refills clearly showing multiple refills left. They have refused to follow up on the errors and told me to follow up with my doctors. None of these have been on controlled medications. Finally, on the flip side, they have requested and filled medications that didn't have refills WITHOUT my permission, which I am guessing is illegal, including an antibiotic that I last filled in March. I have already switched pharmacies and have no intention of returning.
