I love coming to Diva Nails & Spa. They do the best pedicures and manicures. They are careful, clean and do a great job. The staff are friendly and truly offer the very best service. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a relaxing, quality experience.

I wanted to get rid of my skin tags, I seen the advertising price and thought why not.. also I figured I would need shaved anyway for the procedure.. we'll! I didn't know what to expect, the removal was painless. Very happy about that, bit when we discussed a waxing, I explained about my bad experience prior.she convinced me to try a small area and I couldn't believe how little discomfort I felt. Love this place! Very professional, painless, and by a beautiful woman... 5 stars!!! Thank you gina...

I've been going to Diva nails for ages. I don't keep up with my nails as much but the microdermabrasion abrasion from Gina every 6 months is a must. I've been driving from SF for years and will continue to do so because the quality and customer service make the experience worth it.

Horrible, horrible place. I gave this place two chances, and they messed up pretty big both times. The first time, I had an appt that I arrived on time for (maybe even a few min before), and they didn't see me until 20 min last my appt time. I let it go though, and tried to enjoy my pedicure. I got the luxury pedi with callous treatment. They scraped my feet so badly that I could barely walk for a week. I had deep, extremely painful cuts all over. Fast forward to today... about 2 months later... I decided to give them another shot. I called yesterday and made an appointment for a dip manicure, and another luxury pedicure. I arrived a few min before my appt time, and when I walked in, I let the lady at the closest desk to the front know that I was there for my appt. She asked what I was having done, so I told her, and she said (in a VERY RUDE tone) "you said you wanted a regular manicure!" I told her that was incorrect... that I wanted a dip manicure, and she continued to argue me to the death. I ended up just saying it was fine... I would take the regular mani, but I did, in fact, tell her I had wanted dip. I sat down and waited a few minutes, and by this time, it was well past my appt time. I asked her how much longer it would be until I would be seen, and she said 5 min. It was already 15 min past my appt time at this point, and I was already fuming from the altercation. I almost got up and left, but really really needed a pedi... so I stayed. A few min later, she told me to go sit in a chair. I sit down, and she yelled at me to go pick a color. I don't do well with confrontation, so I just froze, and sat there. Then a different woman walked over and literally threw a huge pile of gel nail colors onto my lap. Again... I was frozen... like, is this really happening??? She then brought me water to soak my feet in, and real shocker here... the water was cold. I was just about to ask for a towel to dry my feet off and leave, but she started working on me, so I stayed. The rest of the mani/pedi was fine... until the end. I had asked for the same gel color on my hands and toes, but they just did regular polish on my toes. Because they started so late after my appt time was supposed to start, I didn't have time to have them re-do my toes, so I left it alone, but it's not at all what I wanted. As I was paying, I asked the girl who rang me up if my toes were still wet or dry, and she didn't understand what I was saying. Then the rude later from earlier stepped in and again... in the absolute RUDEST tone EVER said "what did you say???" I repeated myself... are my toes still wet? Or are they dry? She again yelled at me and said they would take an hour at least to fully dry. I don't have a lot of time on my hands... I work FT and have two small kids. When I make an appt, I expect the time to be respected. Further... when I do make the time for a nail service... it's an hour to myself that I VERY seldom get and when I do... want it to be a nice, pleasant, relaxing experience. This was anything but that. Even if this place had the best prices in town, I wouldn't return. But the fact that I paid $140 for this totally crap service, just adds insult to injury. You have been forewarned. Avoid this place at all cost.

I just had a waxing from Kat. She did an excellent job. Kat was thorough, focused, and kind. Not a hair was left behind.It was the most pain-free waxing I've ever had. The place was clean, people were friendly, and nice. Prices are listed on their Craigslist ad so, no surprises with pricing. I had a mole removed also.it was done quickly. With good equipment. Pricing is on sliding scale, get it worked out so you aren't shocked. It is less per taag if you have more to do, then a few, but that is just the cost of training, equipment start up, wear and tear when you start the machine, ect ect. If you want a clean waxing go to Diva's they do nails too. I never had my nails done. Male

Went for waxing please see photos... not much to says. They butchered my back. I have bruises all over. The woman had no idea what she was doing.

I've tried to make appointments before to get my eyebrows done . So it's a hit or miss of when I can get seen when I go there I come from far to be told today that she went home early and was told to maybe come back tomorrow which I can't so I call and I'm told that the person is there but can't see me until 2 to 2 1/2 hours so I'm a little confused are they there or it's just very poor customer service I guess my money is not enough for them to want to do eyebrows

The owner of this business is a very sweet, hard working lady, as is her entire staff, committed to the satisfaction of every customer that walks in to the salon. They all perform excellent work, as I've experienced them all. daniel
