I forget who helped us his name however he was a tall young gentil man name started with M. He was very friendly at first but then when we requested the car we placed on hold we're very much dissatisfied. We have 2 kids and they gave us a car that clearly smelled like cigarettes and instead of giving us other options or a different car like we requested we had to use that car. I only could do 2 days with the rental so we drove it back making a huge inconvenience for what we needed the rental for in the first place. We will never go back to this rental again. We did get a rental smoke free but they could not switch the day of very odd...So be sure when you are renting here to hopefully not get the guy whose name starts with an M because it was so unpleasant visit and all.

I would say it's very easy to work with this company to rent a car. I personally like the online feature the most and just show up to pick up car. I would say they should at improve on being able to call the store to see what they have in stock and rent over the phone. Also the prices are incredibly expensive they should have lower prices to rent vehicles.

Terrible experience at this location. Everyone seemed nice, but you cannot trust them. I returned my car there, checked the total, everything was fine. Suddenly 3 days later I get a form email from Loss and Damage that there is an issue with the car. Supposedly dents on one of the doors, but none of this was mentioned or even seen when I returned the car. Either it was so small that it was pre-existing, or it happened afterwards, but now Enterprise is trying to stick the "damages" on me. Do not rent from this location and take tons of photos if you do.

Friendly and efficient staff, the car had all the safety features I was looking for (collision-avoiding braking, blind spot, camera). The best rate around (special at Costco).

C'mon!! What's going on with the tiny "drop key box"? It is impossible to find after hours. The manager of this location should request the company put a large sign at the door or on the window that simply explains the location of the drop off key box. Also, there needs to be a light above the "drop key box" and the sign should be large enough for people to read. The last thing customers want is to find the key box in the dark with no sign at the door or window explaining location. Improve it and customers will be happier with the service.

I have never had a more helpful and pleasant experience with a car rental in my life!! A huge thanks to Aaron and Mideha, they went above and beyond to help me today. I had accidentally brought my id, not drivers license, to rent a car today for a trip to a very early surgery in the morning. Aaron not only stayed after hours to help me when I returned with my drivers license, but was SO sweet and helpful and understanding. I hope whoever manages this location takes notice of this review, what an amazing staff and great people, so grateful I encountered them today!

Great last minute rental experience. I had to get a car on Sunday to prepare for the week ahead. I was offered the Walnut Creek location. I got a great car for the price. Not many locations are open on Sunday. Walnut Creek was open, I'd recommend to stay open later than noon. Shuttle service needs to be extended beyond Walnut Creek please.

I had a great experience from the minute I walked in.Julius was very helpful in getting my car. The car was already ready. He showed me some other options that I might be interested in as well. When I brought back the car, Malik was very personable, asked about my experience and asked if I needed a ride somewhere. I am a Hertz Gold member and i have never received that kind of service. I tried to use Hertz last week and they were horrible. I booked and reserved a car and when I went to pick it up, there wasn't a car for me. I thought I was in a Seinfeld episode. Needless to say, I won't be using Hertz again and will only use Enterprise.

The manager at this Enterprise rental car was very professional and helpful in helping me rent the vehicle that I wanted and Malik Duffy the salesperson it's a young bright and very professional young man I give them five stars

I should have read the reviews before coming here! And it looks like Im not the only one who was overly charged and the security deposit wasn't returned to . I called three times and was emailed by Marcelina stating the deposit. It's been over 2/3 weeks and still no reimbursement! There's definitely suspicious activity at this branch. Never again

I am giving 5 stars to the Walnut Creek Enterprise location. Their customer service is outstanding and in the 10+ years I have been going there I have never had a bad experience.I am giving your emergency call center a -5 stars. The reason for this is that the last car I rented had a tire blow out while I was on the freeway, while I was able to get it over to the shoulder and then call the number on my card. The person on the phone kept asking me the same questions and when I finally got him to understand that there was no way to change the tire on the freeway he told me to call CHP. Not sure why he couldn't get me a tow off the freeway then change the tire but he had hung up before I could get an answer. I then used my AAA card to get a tow and tire change.When I reported this to the Walnut Creek location they were all very concerned about my safety and no happy with my experience with the call center.Will continue to use Enterprise but maybe not use the call center.
