I had a very disappointing experience with ExamOne. They sent a phlebotomist who was unable to complete the blood draw after two unsuccessful attempts. She then assured me that another phlebotomist would come the next day. No one ever came, and no one called to update or reschedule.
When I reached out to the phlebotomist, her only response was: “I told the office, they are closed today, I’m so sorry about that.” There was no follow-up, no effort to resolve the issue, and no plan provided.
This lack of professionalism, poor communication, and complete absence of accountability is unacceptable, especially for a service that should prioritize reliability and patient care.

I was sent here for pre-employment drug testing and they were out of the materials to run drug tests.
I checked in,waited, and only when I was called did they tell me that they were out of drug test supplies and could not tell me when they would return.
For a facility that heavily advertises drug tests, to not post some sort of sign or alert customers at check in that drug testing is unavailable is unacceptable. Moreover, the staff are callous and minimally helpful.

Made me wait almost two weeks for my client to be seen for a paramedical examination. And the geniuses scheduled the appointment for a day that they apparently are not even open. What a clown show. Last time I use these people that's for sure.

Just an absolute terrible experience.
Impossible to book an appointment. Unorganized. 7 phone calls- hung up on by the 1st person I got ahold of after 30 minutes because she couldn’t figure out how to schedule an appointment.

Do not get your drug test here. They make you wait 30 minutes while having to go to the bathroom. The workers are extremely rude.

Waste of time and money! I’ve been sick; my doctor ordered a blood draw. I couldn’t leave my house so I waited TWO WEEKS for a draw. The night before, 10 minutes before closing (and of course after they stopped answering their phone), they canceled because they were “double-booked.” So I called the main exam one number. A rude woman named Rosetta told me I couldn’t have a refund because I was canceling within 24 hours of the appointment. Say what, now? She was too preoccupied with covering her own rear than helping me.AVOID THIS COMPANY! They are dreadful.

Tried to schedule an appointment here. No one answered the phone the first few times I called and was unable to leave a message because voice mailbox was full. When I was finally able to get hold of someone, they said they could not go the standard urine based drug test (for employment purpose). Now I understand why do many negative reviews.

Recently me and my husband had appointments for our life insurance medical exam . Our medical examiner was Beverly and we were absolutely satisfied with the service provided. She was very professional and courteous, made us both feel comfortable including my husband that normally gets very anxious in hospitals or any type of clinics. Thank you ExamOne!!!

Watch out with you need a blood draw. One of the ExamOne’s phlebotomist who made my left arm tingle when I bent or moved my left arm with strain. It was happened on 2/7/22. The lady came to my house to get the blood draw. When the lady inserted the needle into my left arm, I felt like an electric shock went through my arm. It was so painful which I had never experienced in my life. I had blood draw every year at Kaiser Permanente without a problem.After the blood draw, I felt tingle and electric shock sensation scattered my lower arm when I bent or moved my left arm with strain. When I touched the injection area, I also felt tingle and electric shock sensation scattered to my lower arm. I thought it would go away in few days. But it’s been more than 3 weeks. It has very little or no improvement. I think the lady damaged my nerve. And I am afraid that it will be forever or getting worse.I complained to Ashley Chen from ExamOne. She was apologetic but didn’t come out with any solution to address my issue. I asked her to give me the name of the phlebotomist but she didn’t.Now I experience the tingle every day not knowing if it will go away. So I decided to write a review to let everyone know about it. So if you really need to use ExamOne for blood draw, make sure you take a picture of the phlebotomist’s name badge just in case something happen to you. So you know who did it to you.
