No problem. Dropped a package and was able to get an email receipt. (They do email or text, not printed.)However, my Saturday drop off is not picked up until Monday. So, sounds like no weekend pickup.

Poor customer service - Javon who assisted me had a poor attitude and did not attempt to help me in any way when I tried to pick up a fedex package. He just directed me to call FedEx myself and walked away. No I am sorry or let me see what I can do on my end to move things along....nothing. I sat in the store for 20min on the phone with fedex on hold and finally decided to contact the higher ups to assist since Javon was incredibly rude
