This place is fantastic! I first came here for an expedited passport renewal, which was quick and easy. More recently, I’ve been back several times for different print jobs, and each experience has been excellent. Elena has helped me every time—she’s incredibly helpful and always goes above and beyond. Hayad has also been great to work with. With service like this, it’s an easy choice to keep coming back for all my printing needs!

Every time I send a print job to this FedEx they crush it. Today they were kind enough to rush an order for me, which really made my day. The guy’s name was Paul and he was super cool to help me out like that. I feel like I can always count on the good folks at this location.

Definitely do not recommend
I came to get a booklet printed here, granted I came close to close time, the representative printed me a sample, roll about 5 minutes and then told me to come in the next day in the morning to place an order and that it could be done within the hour.
Showed up in the morning the representative then told me it would take a couple hours on top of a same day fee. Total cost for 5 copies was also going to be over $200.
Do not recommended coming in and wasting your time here

I been there many times! I always gets Poor services and people who works there treat customers likes they asking them for money. They seem not really care customer. One guy ( Indian) i have met a lot that he is specialist as he said ! He is just tried to make me feel not to go back there anymore.
Poor and arrogant services !

After a frustrating experience at Staples, I came to FedEx for my printing needs.
The associates were extremely warm and helpful. File upload was extremely simple even with a large file size. Had great paper options that fit my needs and was a reasonable cost to do so.
Really happy with how the prints turned out and would recommend this location for all your printing needs.

Santa and her team were amazing. I was really struggling with a Memorial Program and they just kept trying different things until we had it perfect. I just wanted to cry because it is so beautiful and it never would have happened with Santa. Thank you from the bottom my heart!!! I will tell everyone to come to you!!!

Rude. Try make me buy one of their envelopes even though -
1. My return said I didn’t need to pack the item just bring it in and they would pack it for free 2. They admitted that it wasn’t like I needed to use an official fedex envelope but said they still wouldn’t accept what I had on hand. When I asked why the lady (probably the same worker as the previous reviewer described, sounds just like her!) wouldn’t respond! She just stared blankly at me and then after a while repeated that they just wouldn’t accept it with no explanation given. I will tell the company that contracts with them for returns that they are not following the return guidelines and also using their returns partnership to scam customers.

I walked into this store to ask a simple question for a lost package. The response that I got from the lady behind the counter was to call the 1-800 number. Each time I asked for a clarification, she repeated herself 5 times with the same response and offered to print me the 1-800 number like I was illiterate.
While her response was prompt and polite, at the same time it was irritatingly unhelpful and border line disrespectful.
When a customer walks into the store, they want the help that they cannot get via a phone call. That's common sense which apparently is missing from this location.

Fedex is always the best! They always print fedex labels for free and take care of rest! Best customer service! When walking in this store, there are people asking if you need help! So different than the nearby UPS, UPS even charges for using the tapes. i wish i always get Fedex return label,,☺️ the printing machines are also great! Easy to use and convenient
