I contacted Andy with a last minute, difficult request. He spent a lot of time explaining my options and educating me on the processes of customizing materials. In the end, I couldn't utilize his services for this particular project, but I'm very impressed with the care and effort he showed. I won't hesitate to bring my business here in the future!

I worked with Andy on some hats with custom embroidery and was super happy. I had a tight turnaround time and he was able to get it done in time for me! He ordered the hats and helped me pick out the thread for the look that I wanted. I'll be a repeat customer for sure.

My company needed shirts made for an upcoming trade show, we waited to the last minute, so I was worried about rushing. Andy was super awesome to work with. He made sure he colors were correct and offered suggestions on our design idea. I went to pick up the shirts and could not believe how great they looked. We will definitely go back to Andy to print more shirts, as well as other items. Great service and quality!

Called to get an estimate on turn around time for a few custom t-shirts and the guy that answered the phone was so incredibly rude that I couldn't even make it through to describe what I wanted. Would not recommend solely based on how unpleasant it was to have a conversation with this person.

I am amazed with the level of customer service and quality of product that Frog Prints exemplified! Esty was unable to hit my deadline and FP was able to deliver a cool bowling t-shirt for my daughter's 5th Birthday in less than a day. I highly recommend working with Andy!

Today the Queen of Soul, Aretha Franklin died and as the world mourns, I have a dear friend who is a huge fan. I wanted to gift her with some form of simple yet beautiful memorabilia as quickly as possible, so I googled Frog Prints and placed a call to Andy. Within a 2-hour time frame Andy met my same-day request and took an image of the Queen and produced a lovely colorful large classic print on a crisp white Tee! Awesomeness! Quick, quality service!

Wow. Rarely have I experienced such an unfriendly business owner. Obviously not interested in customer service or gaining new business. I'm really just floored. I simply called to ask some questions and before I could even say anything more, he cut me off to tell me that he doesn't have time for questions. Just wow. What a piece of work. Plenty of other places to take my business.

Is everyone here serious? I called looking for information (by information I mean I don't know what I don't know yet, do I?), and all I get is how much it will cost this guy to do one shirt. How he can't have me come into the shop because it will suck up all his valuable time, and how he can't run his business by spending time with people like that. He was completely rude and none of his diatribe was prompted by me in ANY way. Listen, I just called for information. Maybe I will order 500. worth of shirts next time, or maybe I'm willing to pay 500. for one. Stop talking and listen to your (potential) customers. If you can't do one shirt, just say "I'm sorry, I'm not able to do one shirt-but I appreciate you calling". I don't need a 5 minute lecture on how you can't be bothered! Guess what? Yelp is free advertising for you, maybe you can start with that.
