I took my son to get a haircut with Lili after hearing good things, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The cut was uneven and not at all what we asked for—just before his birthday. It was clear she lacked the skill and confidence for the style we requested. Thankfully, the manager stepped in and did a better job fixing his hair.

This store is the worst! They don’t educate their employees on lice, instead they guess and are afraid to touch their clients. Also, it is a HIPPA violation to just read notes from other stores and assume someone still has lice when it is just conditioner on an 11 yr old who is just learning to care for her hair. I had her hair checked by a professional!

Horrible fade by this asian chick on the 2nd chair. Told her to blend the fade she made it worse. My hairline is wayyy off. Never going back there im pissed

I visited Great Clips on August 21, 2024, around 4 PM for a haircut. An older Korean woman greeted me and seemed nice, but when I explained I wanted a low fade and touch-ups on top, she didn’t listen to my requests. Instead, she gave me a high fade and ruined my hairline. Frustrated, I let her finish so I could get my hair fixed elsewhere. When I paid and left no tip due to the poor service, she yelled at me in front of everyone, complaining about not receiving a tip and demanding I come back to give her one. Her entitlement and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. I paid nearly $30 for a haircut I hate and will not return.

The stylist wasn't rude but wasn't friendly. I didn't go there for friends anyhow. Cut it perfect.

This review is only for the Great Clips at this location. The lady cut my hair uneven. One side is more and the other side is low. They have notes on their online system. Even though the lady at another great clips added the perfect notes, the lady at this store said this is not right are you sure you want it this? And then finally she cut my hair wrong anyway. Never coming back here again.

I went to get my hair cut after a long time and my hair is very long and had a bad experience. I told her to cut it to medium length, but she made it too short, which hurts me every day when I see myself and feel bad.☹️☹️☹️

This might not be the fanciest hair cut place but every time I’ve gone (maybe 6 times?) I’ve gotten an excellent haircut. I’m not great at describing the kind of cut I want, I usually mumble something about “number 3 or 4?” but then I usually end up saying “just make it shorter and look good please”. And despite the lack of specificity with that request the results always turn out great. ?
