“This review is for my recent experience with member services. I returned a called regarding a change request that was declined, but that detail wasn't left on the message. When I was told the issue, I tried to explain our situation and what I was hoping would happen. At first, she reexplained why it was denied. After a few very polite exchanges, she realized what I was actually asking. Not only did she inform me of how it might be possible, she actually put in the effort to make calls. She was able to get it approved. I really appreciate her politeness and effort. It's common for representatives to explain things according to the typical reasons for an issue, which was the first Q&E round. What isn't common is represntatives actually changing their mindset to really hear the questions being asked or specifics of an issue when the customer/member isn't satisfied with the initial explanation because it's not answering what their actually asking. It's the first call somewhere like this in a long time where it didn't end in frustration or just a bunch of new places for me to call and nothing accomplished. Not only that, she was very patient and polite, which helped keep me calm and able to explain my problem more effectively, and she put in the effort in an area that's often put on the customer/member of any place to figure out for themselves and call back another time to wait on hold, maybe get something accomplished, but overall delaying everything. I actually was happy with call, not just satisfied. Finally, I have to acknowledge that it was almost CoB and she stilled went above and beyond rather than rushing me in order to finish up her day.”
