Trash. Ordered something at this store that was supposedly in stock. Not fulfilled for a week. Get an email saying it was canceled. Called headquarters for the 5th time. Told me it's back in stock and order it again. But can't give me another discount code so I'd have to order, tell them so they can manually price adjust, then wait another day or two to process. Same day pick up my ass. And not being in stock is a lie. I've called many days in a row, headquarter confirmed that the store had items in stock, tried to call the store multiple days but this store never picked up. Horrible system all around. What a headache just to buy two items of clothing lol. Never again.

Came in at 4:30 on 12/11 to make a return. Had the QR code ready to show and the cashier ripped the phone out of my hands scrolling the email. Like at least ask for my phone rather than ripping it out of my hands? The guy looked like he hated his job so i let it go...

Manager is a rude lady who does not let people in at 7:28 PM considering the store is closed. It closes at 8:00. We had to come in another day for returning.

One of your employees snapped at me when I misunderstood her directions to leave the clothes on a certain rack. She snapped at me to take out the clothes from the place I left them in and just go. She also asked me if I had stashed the clothes underneath my clothes. I had not, I just mistakenly left them in the fitting room. I don't want to say this but I felt discriminated against. Your employee made me feel terrible.

I usually don't leave reviews but it was almost 8:00 pm I went upstairs to look around and then felt like employee looking at me made me feel Uncomfortable they said they were closing but I told them the website said 9:00 pm. They were not very professional I have never shopped at this store I went cause my wife was shopping for something. I will never return to this store. I usually shop at Nordstrom.

TL;DR: employees forgot to do their jobs, might as well shop online Long version: The employees forgot to close the upstairs men's department where I was shopping so all of a sudden someone tells me "this section is actually closed"... I could've used some patience from the employees because I still had to double check the sizes on everything and there was no dressing room. Sure enough the cashier didn't feel like looking up my rewards number or folding my shirts properly. Thank god the manager was standing right next to him.

This is the first time I feel discriminated against, I don't know if it's because I'm Asian or because I'm a student, I smile all the time, but she has a bad attitude and skips me to help another woman Checkout, this made me feel bad.

The short Indian lady is extremely rude and has a condescending tone. I always go to this location and notice her attitude towards the customers but also her employees. It's ridiculous! She is unfriendly and unwelcoming. The crazy thing is she is also a manager

We met Keith over at the Keith Haring collaboration display. SUPER helpful and friendly, made a point to track down one of the shirts in a size they didn't have at the location. Great folks at checkout too.

Associates were chatting the whole time they rang me out at the checkstand. I ended up with a charge for 34.99 that wansn't mine and no merch for it.
