Intelligent Office is an amazing option for all business types. The Management (Sierra Van Derkamp) is very hands on. The offices are beautiful, conference rooms ideal and the public areas (lobby, restrooms & coffee area) immaculate. Free parking is a definite perk. This is a perfect alternative to a home office!! We just had our holiday party there and everyone loved the location and ambiance!

Intelligent office is conveniently located off of 680 with ample free parking. The suites and meeting rooms are clean and spacious. Sierra and her team are warm and welcoming. I highly recommend intelligent office for your business needs.

I’ve had the pleasure of using Intelligent Office for meetings. The staff is as efficient as they are welcoming, the meeting space & common areas are comfortable and professional. Sierra is a gracious and helpful host. It would be a great place to rent an office or host meetings. They also offer virtual office services such as mail service and phone answering services.

I used to rent a small room without windows in Regus nearby. It was good, cannot complain, but I wanted a beautiful room with a window, the place where I would feel comfortable working long hours. I tried all Reguses and other options around and I could not find what I like until I came across Intelligent Office.This office is great! Very beautiful, every single detail and very well thought through. Great views from the windows, all necessary infrastructure and great employees! I am very happy to rent my office here!

Finally....A fantastic private quiet work space! The office is clean and fully equipped with everything you would need for work efficiently. Everything is in excellent condition and they've done a great job of including plenty of plants throughout the suite to give the space a pleasant atmosphere.The space is well lit and warm, which is really nice. The staff is great... everyone is nice and responsive. Every time I've reached out with a specific need they've worked hard to accommodate.I'd recommend this space for anyone looking for an office, conference room or for any kind of a networking/event space. It's also located right off of the freeway, and free parking!

I've tried 3 different office spaces and Intelligent takes the cake! Seriously - if I wasn't moving from the area I'd still be here. Dara and Claudia at the front desk are awesome. Sierra and Gerry - the dynamic duo and leadership couple - are absolutely stand up.Never pushy - always helpful - and very affordable. Intelligent Office was seriously my dream office.A little sad I'm gone but I'll be staying in touch moving forward.Thanks guys!

We have been using the Intelligent Office for many years now and have always found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and professional. We have recently moved our answering service over to them as well and couldn't be happier. For us, being a small, service-oriented business, making a good first impression to a potential client is critical, in addition to helping our existing clients feel like they are talking to a knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful receptionist. I have used the services of The Intelligent Office in Walnut Creek for over 15 years and they have dramatically improved my ability to service my customers. As a micro business they allow me to have the "presence" necessary to show my Fortune 100 clients that small can be mighty but at a more effective cost point.As a national firm with customer's throughout the United States it is important to me to have a nationwide brand that supports me while I travel. The Intelligent Office in Walnut Creek has been my "headquarters" for the past 15 years! Other services have sprung up during that timeframe but as a company with client's throughout the country having access to the same brand as I travel is really important to me. Additionally, the team at the Walnut Creek office has been consistently good over the years. They make it easy for me to run my micro business without looking like I'm "too small" to help the Fortune 100 clients that I support. The location is very accessible with easy on and off ramps at the freeway making it easy for clients to find me when an onsite meeting is required and easy for me to quickly run in and grab my mail other times.

For 3 months, I was looking around for a suitable office for my small business. I must have looked at 2 dozen places before deciding on Intelligent Office. There were really plush offices (with plush pricing), there were holes in the wall (literally) with no windows, and then there was IO. It has most of the features of the plush offices and none of the holes in the wall for a price between the two. The staff is very welcoming and ready to help with anything that I would need. It has a Walnut Creek address and is literally on the 680 for easy access to anywhere. You can use the power of the larger office for your marketing but still keep your identity. I would highly recommend that you check them out!

If I could give this office 10 stars, I would! I have been in this office for almost a year now, and my experience has been nothing but superb. There is an extremely professional and friendly front desk staff. Anything I need they take care of without hesitation- no procrastinating with those ladies. The place is quiet. The private offices are equipped with soundproof so that they don’t disturb the common areas. The place is clean, smells nice and the ‘co-workers’ are friendly, as well. What I most appreciate about this place is the office manager, Sierra. When I was looking for a co-working space in Walnut Creek the competition was stiff, but she was flexible with her offerings and priced competitively. She has a genuine upbeat attitude and has fixed any issue that came up if it was in her power. I would highly recommend using Intelligent Office.
