This company is the worst. after two weeks, there is no result for my tests, a customer service said they found it but cannot give it to me, another one said there is no result. probably this company manage by vampires who eat blood instead of testing them. Just find another lab, they will go out of business soon with this business model.

Guessing there is new staff at this location because I was super impressed with the friendliness and competence of everyone I encountered in my visit today. So much so that I was thinking wow, you don't see pleasant people like that every day, I need to praise them on Yelp. I was very surprised to see all the negative reviews about the front desk - maybe that person is no longer there? I saw staff helping folks who had trouble with the check in monitor, and I was greeted with true warmth. The phlebotomist who did my blood draw was a delight - and I have been told I'm a "hard stick" - she made it easy and very comfortable for me. The online appointment system was easy to use and there is a ton of parking. I'd visit this location again for sure.

Rude is an understatement. The woman at the front desk is a straight up nightmare. I've been to this location 3 times now out of sheer convenience. I'll tell you about my experience below, but please know I didn't want to write this review after my first visit, giving benefit of the doubt, I figured someone was just having a bad day. Er, no. My first encounter was right when this location relocated and opened, their automated check / DL scan-in was glitchy. Being a younger, tech-oriented person, I was able to wrestle with it, eventually got it to work, and sat down. Man behind me, likely in his 80's, struggled to get it to work. Before I could get up to help him, 'the woman' behind the desk comes charging out from behind the door, abrupt and impatient, immediately and loudly starts blaming this poor guy for being, well evidently an idiot, and all before she joins him at the station to see what was happening. She snatches this poor man's driver's license, then (humorously for me watching) struggles herself with the machine. After 30 seconds wrestling with it (like I did), it works, she shoves the DL back at the man, demeaningly commands him to sit down and wait. No apology, no remorse, completely unaware of her approach. Wow, I'm not believing what I'm seeing. The guy, to his credit, just says "well, ok then..." and sits down, a grin on his face, we look at each other, and laugh. Soon it's my turn to go back to get my bloodwork. Routine stuff, I asked on my way in so I can ensure Labcorp indeed has both (2) of my doctor's lab orders on file (you know, silly me, so I don't have to stuck twice). But 'the woman' strikes again, she wasn't having any of my questions. She explains to be that I am only to 'sit down' (and shut up essentially) in Room 1. I stop, sorry but I insist they confirm my information please. Loudly huffing, with intent, she checks the system, but without giving me an answer or even the courtesy of eye contact, exclaims "SIT DOWN IN ROOM 1." Oh my. So now I'm in the fabled ROOM 1. The actual nurse who came was visibly nervous, rolling her eyes, but courteous and proceeds to confirm my 2 labs on file, as if apologetically and trying to make it right. Oh my what a work environment this must be. Moreover I'd prefer she wasn't shaking in fear when she draws my blood. Just sayin'. SO, 2 visits later, 'the woman' is there every time. And, disappointingly, in the same foul, abrupt, demeaning, impatient and dismissive mood each time. Something is clinically wrong with this woman, and certainly she has no business being in front of people much less the elderly (right next to Rossmoor). I sincerely hope Labcorp corporate reads these reviews. In fact I think I'll print everyone's reviews here and mail it in.

Rude rude people my advice to them if you don't like old people learn to code I thought Nurse Ratchet was dead but I guess she works at Tice Valley Labcore Sexual frustrated people should not be in any customer facing occupations

We're all in this together to get and keep folks healthy. Tried this location for the first time and very disappointing. They could not answer questions, as to what was the purpose of the blood test and changed their answers constantly about billing etc. Need to find a lab that is courteous, thoughtful and knowledgeable.

The technician at the front desk called me in the waiting area by saying "urine dropoff," not by my name. How rude. When I handed her a printout of the lab order from my doctor, she scanned it briefly and said that would not work. I told her that the Alamo LabCorp location told me it would work and in fact they had provided me with the collection cup. I told her the lab order was on there: then she magically found it and changed her mind, announcing I was all set. Was there some reason to be so rude and unhelpful? Did she not want my business? I won't be using this location ever again even though it's the closest location to my home.

Set up an appointment the week prior. Came to the appointment early and checked in. Plenty of verification through email and text. After setting aside time off work to come in and get my blood drawn, get to the desk after checking in to say that my technician is ready just for them to turn me away and tell me I needed to have a recommendation from my doctor. I have done this before this same way with no issues. Will just go to the hospital directly next time.

I have been here multiple times since the lab was opened. Each experience was great! The front desk & lab technicians are professional, friendly and patient with the elders who use this lab a lot since Rossmoor is just across the Blvd. Having the ability to make an appointment time and be seen promptly is a time-saving convenience. I recommend using this lab.

Great experience! They saw me before my appointment time and I was in and out in 5 minutes with a fantastic and friendly technician.
