I have never been to a lab corp location with such bad service. The people there are rude and seem like not wanting to do anything.Firstly, my bad that I made the appointment with this location. I thought that’s the one in John Muir. I came early as the other location doesn’t need an appointment- just write the name down on the check in paper.Secondly, the place I came to was empty and the lady gave me an attitude saying you know your appointment is at 10am? We need to take care of people that have an appointment at this time. I said ok and explained.Usually other lab corp will verify my insurance as current. But she didn’t!! I asked her if she can check. She said it’s not my job to do that. You need to ask your doctor to update it. The other nurse was giving an attitude too by listening to our conversation!!One more, the other location will verify the lab order items!! She didn’t!! I requested to take a look!Last one, other nurses that did blood draw for me would say something nice before doing the blood draw!! Or say I’m about to start!! This lady said nothing!! Barely wanted to make connections with patients!!It’s not about WHAT she said!!! WHAT she did! More about HOW she did that!!Obviously she doesn’t enjoy the what she is doing!!DO NOT COME TO the Location!!

I scheduled an appointment on my one day off in over a week and was told I needed an order from a doctor. NO WHERE DURING THE APPOINTMENT SETTING PROCESS DID IT STATE I NEEDED A LAB ORDER FROM A DOCTOR.Completely wasting my time.Also, the lady at the front desk was abrupt and abrasive. Not a good experience at all.

I come in the lady first said do you have an appointment I said no my doctor send me here right now. She was rude and said this site is by appointment only next time make an appointment. I saw no sign on the door this site is appointment only, or on the website. Then she takes me to the back rude still just not the type of person you want your blood taken out! No bye no have a nice. Her last name is Sullivan I would have her retraining on guest service! Her job is a people person type of job not just drawing blood.

Express check-in was a breeze. Staffer was very friendly and good at what she does. The blood draw was painless. Wouldn't think twice about returning should the need arise.

My 3 year old son had an appointment at this lab today. A lab technician comes up and says that she apparently can't do the blood testing because she's "alone." So then why were we able to make an appointment if they can't do the test? And even if they could've thought of something? Unbelievable. So then if they know that we are coming why don't they have 2 people working in the lab when a 3 year old has an appointment?

Today I accompanied my mom and little brother to this Labcorp. The lady that was there was completely awful. From the beginning she had a very bad attitude, was throwing papers and the blood viles she took from my mom. I told her my mom had a order online, she didn't take the time to check and just told me there wasn't any.I then asked her for the fax number and she gave me the wrong number multiple times.She made us wait an extra 20-30 mins, just for her to say she had it the whole time.So unprofessional and rude. It looks like she doesn't enjoy her job at all. My family and I felt very attacked by her. It seemed like she treated us like this because of our race. When some other customers (caucasian) came in she was not as rude as she was to us. Her attitude made us feel unsafe and racially discriminated against. Please have someone let her know to fix her attitude and to treat patients with at least a little of respect.

I arrived to make a appointment for lab work.. Being in a wheelchair and new to there check in system.The " Receptionist " was extremely rude and not helpful when I needed assistance checking in.. I will being going to management of LabCorp and filing a complaint against her.

Wonderful! This lovey lady took me in and was such a great tech! She pulled my blood first poke and was kind. She helped me get my paperwork off my phone to her computer as delirious as I was from fasting since yesterday.... 18 hours to be exact. Ps. You need an appointment..... she's that good.

First I go in and it's completely empty - literally no one there but they say I need an appointment because of Covid & give me a card with a number to call. I go to my car and call the number which is a recording of everything they can't do including make an appointment. It tells me to go online and make an appointment which I do. The soonest apPoint meant is a week later. I show up a week later and they can't print my lab work so I have to get the doctor to fax it.

This was a very pleasant, clean and nice Lab Corp! I was leaving an appointment I had at one of the offices in the complex behind the LabCorp and my doctor ordered some blood work. I checked online and they didn't have any appointments available, but I figured I was right there, I might as well give it a shot. I walked in and let them know the situation. Erica helped me, and she was nice and accommodating. She said she could probably squeeze me in, I just had to wait a little bit. After only like 7 minutes, she called me up, finished my registration and completed my blood draw with ease. She was gentle and I hardly felt anything. I am definitely happy with my experience! This location is right across the street from John Muir Medical Center. I can imagine it might get a little busy and the parking lot isn't very big. So it might get tight in there. My appointment was early enough that I didn't have any trouble though.

I was due for my labs for annual psychical. Since I had to fast, I went early and sat outside the door. When they opened, the man who opened the door asked if I had an appointment. NOBODY THERE OR EVEN WAITING. I told him I didn't have an appointment or even knew I needed one. I pointed that there was no one there and My info is on their system. HE RUDELY SAID NO APPT. NO NO TEST. I went to the lab in hospital across the street walked in and was greeted by POLITE employee who immediately served me.
