Very good Phlebotomist; very quick service; has Saturday and Sunday hours.Only con: finding the lab if it is your 1st visit: go in side of the main entrance for John Muir. Let staff know you are there for LabCorps; you are told to use hand gel + put on surgical mask (on top of the one you are wearing); the go towards the cafeteria and take your 1st left: look for the door with Glass Windows. Sign in + register + get your lab drawn. We arrived 1005 am for a 1030 am appointment = finished by 1010am!Update: lab is now located at the Cancer Pavilion - see the new pictures.

Conveniently located inside the main entrance of John Muir medical center. It always feels clean which is a huge factor for me when going to get any kind of lab work. Staff is very efficient and competent at their jobs. I’m not afraid of needle sticks but I’m also not a fan of them hurting. I have always had a great experience with virtually no pain coming here. This will always be my go to lab draw place.

what a great experience I had this morning with person that drew my blood this morning. She pulled me up at it said I owed money but it was someone in another state. They quickly took care of it

I've been here twice. Both times fasting and really early. Staff is very nice and professional. In and out quickly and smoothly.

Apathetic attitude. Nothing congenial about the sole gal at the office.Gait keeper rather than provider. I came there once without an appointment, and despite not having anybody at the facility, refused to consider me!Came 20 min early today, no one was there and was made to wait till the accurate time. Will chose another facility next time.

I have had a wonderful experience with Eddie drawing my blood. I asked him to use the smallest needle, 25 or 23 depending on amount of blood needed to be drawn and he wraps draw site with blue and gold “WARRIOR” adhesive gauze tape! Now that’s service!!

I needed to have blood drawn and selected this place based on proximity to where I live as well as appointment availability. However, the address is very misleading and I could not figure out it’s actually located inside John Muir Hospital. By the time I put that together, I was 30 minutes late for my appointment which seemed to annoy the tech though I may have just been projecting. The office is very clean and well organized and getting bold drawn was seamless. I will most certainly consider coming here again now that I know it’s location. It’s best to park in the hospital garage and just walk in the front entrance. The garage is free to park.

Please don't be rude to patients. Not just me, but others as well; couldn't help over hearing. Thank you.

This is the only lab we use for our son’s pediatric blood draws. Jamillah is our absolute favorite, but all the staff are friendly and try hard to make our son feel comfortable. I would highly recommend this place :)

Wow, what a positive experience I had. Outside the pharmacy in the Walgreens is where you will find the check in kiosk for Labcorp. Checkin was easy, and I waited all of 3 min to be seen. The staff was friendly and did an absolute great job on my blood draw for my labs I will be back

Great place, very professional and fast service. Did a walk-in in at 7:41 AM walk out at 7:49 AM as logged in the book with three patients ahead of me. Blood samples are taken with no pain of needle penetration. Thank you!

We had to visit this Labcorp office again today. Many improvements since the last: The office opened on time. Staff wore masks properly. Hand sanitizer dispensers were filled. Our only concern was the one staff person who YELLED at us and 2 other patients. As patients entered and looked around trying to figure out what to do, she started yelling: "What are you waiting for?" "It is too early in the morning for this!" "Get over here!" motioning patients to her station while rolling her eyes. We were startled and chose to wait until another tech was available. I was concerned about permitting the staff person anywhere near my daughter with a needle. Labcorp - Good job for opening on time, staff following mask protocols and the provision of hand sanitizer. If staff stop yelling at patients, the office would be great, but you are on the right track.
