Do not recommend. When I picked out my color it was white with chrome on top. She just did clear with one layer of the incorrect chrome color. I let her know and she let me know that the color was incorrectly labeled. Fine she took it off. Then she does another color and I let her know that it still is not correct and her coworkers were like yah she needed to paint your nails white -not clear then the chrome. They told me I could come back tonight to have it fixed or the next day. I couldn’t do either. Not only were my nails the incorrect color but she did such a terrible job. Chrome/polish all around my nails and it feels like she needed a coat of clear on top to set it. They brushed me off and kept saying I could come back. I was nice but I told them that I shouldn’t have to take time out of my day. They gave me no discount. I feel like if you mess up twice, a discount should have been given. Instead I was brushed off and charged full price.

Service is terrible one of the workers got fired i hate this nail salon, he quality is ok but it is so dirty, the vibe is like random shit like the news and news from the manager

Lucy at Lotus does a fabulous gel manicure that lasted 5 weeks with no lifting at all. She is friendly and very knowledgeable about manicure and pedicures. I am very impressed with her professionalism and care about your services you are having done. She gave me the best pedicure I've ever had and did a callus remover treatment. My gel nails and tie nails look fabulous and my feet feel wonderful the next day. The hot stones are such a treat. The price is very reasonable. I will be coming back to this excellent salon knowing I can count on the correct pedicure to help with my ingrown toenails. I highly recommend this great salon spa.

terrible job. just went today and she kept drilling my actual finger and it started hurting when she put on the top coat. she did not clean my cuticles and it looks terrible. she was in a rush and i do not recommend

Worst nail shop i have ever been to. I called to make an appointment on Friday for a full set. But they told me to pay cash instead of card, I was confused because it said in there website they accept card. As soon as I walked in it was a nice little nail shop and I thought it was cute. One of the ladies asked what i wanted and i showed her a picture of a long squared black nails with a little red heart on both of my ring nails. She looked at the picture and she told me, "yes i can do that." I asked how much it would be and she said it would be $70, i think that's way too much just for a simple design! I just said ok and she started to do my nails. I got my nails done previously and I told her that my nails were sensitive but she drilled them too much. Then when she put on the acrylic tips it was curved and not straight squared tips. I told her, "this isn't squared" then she said, "Only professionals do those things, plus we don't have the squared tip" She lied to me and just tried to take my money. Then I just said to take out the tips so she did but was giving me a nasty attitude. I didn't say anything so I left. Don't go to this place, seriously.

Made the mistake of going elsewhere, and the mani didn't even last two days on me. Lucy was very sweet and got me in first thing this morning and fixed it for me. I got what people were recommending, the SLS dip. I do wish the cuticles were cleaner bc im OCD and pick at everything so Ill have to file that down & oil them. I asked for no trimming bc my cuticles split easily. I rarely get my nails done but if I do ever need them to look extra nice again, or want to save a nail from breaking, I would definitely return here. Hopefully these nails will last & I can enjoy them through the holidays. Thank you Lotus Nails. - PS. another noteworthy thing I really appreciated about this salon is unlike the other one & most nail salons, it doesn't reek of toxic chemicals, I can actually breathe. They don't do acrylic nails here or use lots of chemicals so, that's a huge plus. I wouldn't want to go back to anywhere that smells super toxic like that. I can see why she has so many repeat customers.

Lucy does an excellent job with SNS nails. I used to have acrylics but dip is better on my natural nails. My nails last 3 weeks and look as good on day 21 as on day 1.

I went in for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. At first I was having an incredible time, they have some very high tech pedicure chairs and I was able to relax and lean back to enjoy the warm water and massage chair function but unfortunately my nails and wallet paid the price. I’ve been getting gel manicures for upwards of 6 months at Luxy nails down the road and gel is the only way my brittle nails will grow. I haven’t had a nail break until after I came to this place. My cuticles were completely flooded and my toe gel polish chipped a day later. My nails were also filed very unevenly and my cuticles were not taken care of. I’ve since had three nails break, one even in the dead middle of my nail, and it’s only been about a week and I don’t do much work with my hands. The gel they use has to be expired or poor quality and combined with poor technique has just been a disaster. Also they didn’t tell me until the very end when I had to pay that they only take Venmo or cash and I don’t use either so I had to walk through the girl how to use PayPal which is kind of ridiculous. One of the workers was napping next to me while my nails were being done as well. I only have it two stars because the pedicure was truly relaxing.Services: Pedicures
