Would highly recommend this location. Isamar answered all of our questions while helping us purchase our new couch and love seat. The manager Milan also checked in and ensured everything was as smooth as possible. Very happy with the overall experience and we love the recommendations provided.

Such a good experience in store!!! Fayth was so kind and helpful as well as the manager!
The chocolate brown padded velvet is what I wanted and I couldn’t get it online, I had to go in store. They helped me get it ordered and made sure I had all the pieces I wanted. There’s a LOT of customization options with Lovesac and they helped me understand it all, without trying to upsell me and spend more money.
Fayth and the manager told me about the text option and that I can text anytime when I have questions or need help in the future.
10/10 experience!

Can't beat the customization and quality. I was looking for something comfortable and durable that could withstand pets and found it here. The employees were knowledgeable and helpful and got a great deal during their sale.

I had an exceptional buying experience thanks to Dave. I was so excited to buy during the sale they had. The thing I appreciated the most was him taking the time to pull out small swatches, larger swatches, and give so much knowledge on each of the fabrics. I am beyond excited to get my sactional in person!

We stopped in the store today (Sunday afternoon). There were 3 employees working. None of them bothered to look up at us. That's fine. We were checking out one of the love sac's they had in the store. When we asked for help because we had a couple questions they looked at us confused. Finally, one guy picked up an ipad and was trying to find the information. The 2 girls couldn't be bothered. We were seriously looking into buying a love sac but after the indifference from the staff, we had no interest from buying from them. I can get better service looking up information online myself. It's a shame. I don't see Lovesac staying open in that location for long with that kind of staff.

Go Talk to Mason ! He is trustworthy and reliable. I went in with some research from their website. All of their lovesac can be purchased online. However, if you want specific order. I recommend go talk an associate. Plus it's better to sit or feel it yourself. It sounds easy as buying building blocks but when it comes to big purchases. It's better to talk to Mason so you know what exactly you bought.

Way too expensive. It cost 9700 without any storage or speakers. The speakers are an addition 3k....that doesn't include extra storage.
