Went to the Walnut Creek store today and was helped by Justin,. I’m a huge fan of Lululemon clothes. What excellent customer service! ! He was so helpful and sweet. Thank you Justin for your great assistance. They have a good inventory of items in the store and if your size is missing they can order it on the spot. 😊

Terrible first time (in a long time) to a Lululemon.
Decided to ask for the general manager, Jo, when another patron thought it appropriate to stand a half foot from me pressuring me to move and proceed to not move even after I calmly asked if she wouldn't mind me finishing looking at a rack and explained that the proximity was (new) and starting to become an uncomfortable experience....(Is this what people who shop here are like?)... The patron, 'Anya', according to her dressing room, was sure to provide some attitude as she plucked an item inches from my chest, before then speaking about me to an associate within earshot. I then got a cool reception from same associate when asking to talk to someone about this and be let into a dressing room.
No one expects a bad experience shopping (outside of Black Friday) and yet I couldn't have been met with a more bored expression from Jo when explaining the situation to her. I understand she can't do much, but I did except more than a bored/disbelieving look when sharing an unnerving experience in your store...

Just wanna give a big shout out to customer service on 8 16 25 at 3 o'clock to Justin C and Joanna awesome customer service I had bought a bag almost about a year ago it had a slight defect went in took care of me on the spot We're new bag thank you so much Definitely we'll always come back to the store to buy new bags and will let other people know about the great customer service thank you so much have a great day.😃

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I had issues with an order that I could not resolve online, and one of the educators helped me with it and it got resolved really quickly. The store in general had good environment and a good selection as well. Would recommend!

I have over 27 items, almost all of them are still in great condition, had a Metal Vent Tech shirt with a flaw in the Fabric, clerk at the store said, sorry, it's over 1 year, I think Lululemon intent is to make clothes that last more than a year and should honor the workmanship, just like Nordstrom or Costco, geez, you pay almost a $100 per item. Bad customer service at the Walnut Creek store... Hello Vuori from now on!!

Fashion and fun! The shopping at this place is pleasant, and you'll always come away with something new and fresh each visit. The store is stocked with athletic wear for both women and men and has a fresh and hip look.

The stores in Pleasanton and Walnut Creek both don’t answer phones! Ever!! While u are in the store physically, they are all nice, but you have no answer to their phones. !!

Got the famous wanderlust backpack less than a year ago, while I initially loved it, it has unfortunately broken down much sooner than I expected. When I took it to the store for assistance, I was told they could not provide any care or support for my issue, despite it being under a year since my purchase.
It’s frustrating to invest in a product that doesn’t hold up and then receive such lackluster support from the company. I expected better quality and customer care, especially given the price point. I won't be returning or recommending this store to others.

It was a lovely day, and everything was going as planned. When the clock struck 6:00 pm, I decided to close the day with a quick shopping trip to the Broadway Plaza Center in Walnut Creek. Since I had an issue that morning with a pair of Lululemon leggings when I tried to wear them, I thought of getting a new pair and trying their much-touted quality promise service. The service provided by the women at the store was impeccable. I bought a new pair of leggings, and she helped me exchange the problematic pair. Unfortunately, I forgot my ID, and I wished I hadn’t found it in my car. When I returned to the store, I encountered an Asian man at the register—apologies for the generalization, but none of the employees were wearing name tags. I had to start the process again, but this time, he never mentioned that I could use my ID for the exchange. He insisted that he couldn’t help me without proof of purchase. I did not mention it either and instead asked for a repair service. The gentleman pointed me to where I should go, and I expressed my gratitude for his assistance.
To be honest, I simply had no energy for an argument that would ruin my day, so I went straight to their neighbors, where I found alternatives. After all, they were just a pair of leggings meant to absorb my sweat during my morning workouts.
I like the brand, but in the end, it’s not worth it for me, out of fear from ruining my day.

This is the Lululemon on my way to work. I always come here instead of the one near my home. Because the staff here is super nice, and they have more items to select. I haven been to some Lululemon stores. This is one of the best! Great customer service!

I’ve been wearing lululemon for years. I was excited to check out this location. I was so disappointed. Their customer service is horrible. The staff was incredibly rude. They’ve lost a customer for life.

Sophie was super helpful when I was shopping for abc joggers. I couldn’t remember my size from another pair but she helped me find it and made buying another pair very very easy. Great job!

Had such a great shopping experience in this store! I had one associate ask me if I needed help and then was very sweet in finding me the style I was looking for even though it is not online only she found a pair that was a return in a similar enough size for me to try so I could get the gist of the style. Then the fitting room attendants were awesome. So willing to give opinions (in a nice way) to help choose the size and style for me! If you are not a lululemon aficionado don’t hesitate to stop in, the ladies are lovely and will help!
