From the moment customers walk in, they are greeted by friendly, attentive, and super helpful staff who are genuinely interested in helping. The staff provides beautiful and excellent customer service, going above and beyond to explain every product in detail. They are incredibly kind, personable, and passionate, making customers feel valued. The experience is enhanced with great music, creating a fun atmosphere where everyone seems to be enjoying themselves. Customers can try samples of everything, including fresh face masks described as the best thing you've ever put on your face. The store is definitely worth a visit, leaving customers looking forward to coming back to try more ethical, fun, and fabulous products.

Customer service is a 10/10. They explain every product to you in detail and are very friendly even if you're not buying everything they explain. There are samples of everything. Masks are made fresh and will be the best thing you've ever put on your face.
