Super detailed. Super communicative. Super responsive. I was sooooo pleased with this place. Wish I'd brought my Mini here long ago. Best, most knowledgeable service I've received in the 10plus years I've had my Mini. If you want to be taken care of and have complete confidence in the service you are getting, this is the place.

M Service has provided service on my MINI Cooper for several years now and I wouldn't take it any other place. They keep it new car condition and offer service at a very fair price.

M Service was about $400 cheaper than what the dealer was going to charge me for a differential axle seal replacement on my 2017 BMW M2.
Brandon, the service writer at M Service was very courteous and thorough in his explanation of the required work to be done.
Overall my car was repaired on time and within the quoted estimate of $1,400. I’m glad I found a nice alternative to the dealer without costing an arm and a leg.

If I can put zero star I will. This customer service pretty rude at this shop. My car was broken and I bring to the shop and the customer service is very good at the first moment then I got the call from them that the car could not fix. He asked me When I am available to tow my car out of they space they need space for other customer when they said his voice totally different from the first day I met. Then next week when my off I call AAA to tow my car out and unfortunately my AAA driver parked a tow truck. Block the entrance so one guy walked from the office said hey you cannot park here I have a lot of customer will come in this way move to somewhere els. This is really rude of the human that I have not seen. You can respect each other and I think they dont car me that much because they have a lot of car to service they. This is my true story. Only front of house that I met not including the guy working as mechanic.

Recently had them replace a new key remote for my BMW 3-series which was a smooth experience. I've had other work done here and have found M Service to be competitively priced and transparent in describing the service they will perform. Dante and the team at M Service are responsive by phone and in communicating by SMS.

Friendly, professional and courteous. I will always bring my car here for service. I felt well taken care of and they didn’t treat me very professionally and listen to my concerns. I would highly recommend this company. Dante and Brandon were terrific. At the time I need a new car, I will only get one that M Service works on. Incredible business. Five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mservice has been taking care of my BMW 3 series for 15 years. The front office guys always explain clearly what needs to be done and their mechanics do it right every time. They don't try to upsell me things my car does not need. I trust them to keep my car running smoothly for the next 15 years!
