If budget was not an issue I think half of my closet would be Marine layer. But understandably so the price is high with high quality. I really love their cozy styles with knits and high quality materials. The fit is really good and all the clothes that I've had from them have really stayed in good shape.

I have always loved going in to marine layer - aesthetics - always beautiful! The layout of the clothes - vibrant! But what brings me in are their sales team! They are always so warm and welcoming whether you're browsing or buying! Mackenzie one of the sales staff is someone you want to help you! She did all she can with our tech problems! Look her up if you're in the store! One last pitch - they have their up cycle T-shirt program. It's a win win situation! Love Marine Layer!

Josh was super helpful picking out shirts for my husband! He went above and beyond to try and find me the right shirt and also made sure to tell me about discounts available. Tom should be proud of that hire!

Visited the store on a Sat afternoon (4/23/22) and there were one male and one female employee behind the counter talking amongst themselves. I walked in and started browsing and neither of them greeted me, even when I approached the section two feet away from them. Couldn't believe this is the type of customer service you get at a physical store when they appear to be so friendly and approachable on social media. I've been a long time customer but I guess I'll just stick to purchasing online.

Great store, great staff. I met the worker in question that Sunny L. Was talking about and that couldn't be further than the truth. The worker was very helpful and kind along with the rest of the staff. Highly recommend this store

This review is for the store in broadway plaza, Walnut creek. The asian lady with glasses there had the worst attitude I have ever seen towards customers (Atleast to me and my friend). I don't know if she was having a bad day but the way she spoke to us made us feel really unwelcome/ unwanted in that store. We just browsing around, getting the feel of the material and checking out the prices. Then that lady comes and asks us if we were looking for anything in particular. We said we were just browsing, thank you. Then she says without even looking at us - "yeah why don't you go around and feel all the clothes in the store." I was shocked and didn't even know what to say so I just laughed (like really). Even her coworker who was working at the back was looking around confused. So we just said thank you and left the store.

So happy they opened a Marine Layer out here. Clean store, friendly staff, great clothes, what more could you ask for?
