The receptionist was so patient and helpful. I didn’t wait very long until I was called in to have my ultrasound done. The technician explained everything very clearly and the actual process was done very efficiently. I would recommend NorCal Imaging to anyone needing that type of service.

I arrived at the appointment 30 minutes before as I was instructed and ended up waiting 45 minutes in a the waiting room before I was taken back for my exam. That said, the receptionist was very nice and the tech was as well. But I think that 45 minutes is an unacceptable wait time when I am told to arrive 30 minutes early. The paperwork only took me five minutes to fill out.

Once you get past making the appt they are great but having to hold for 45 min- 1 hour to get thru is not fun

Technician aggressively demanded mask without explanation. They are a massive ptsd trigger for me and under current guidelines i am not required to wear one. (I also deliberately left my nose uncovered and she didnt even notice, perhaps her own two (three?) mask layers were causing perceptive disruption?) Technician was not communicative about the scan (i understand there are some prohibitions on saying thongs that can be construed as “diagnostic” but most u/s providers do things like let you see the screen or say something descriptive). Very anxiety provoking to be honest.

I had an MRI and the experience was great. The front desk was efficient and friendly. I had no wait to fill out my forms and got right into my procedure on time as scheduled. The technician was awesome. Got me right in and out in less the 15 minutes. Overall both the staff and facility were top notch. I would highly recommend them for any imaging needs.
