Jakari is rude, unprofessional, and shows poor management skills. I asked for help she made eye contact, and walked away. I went to look for another associate. My toddler started wanting attention from. Then this same girl Jakari came. I told her no thank you ( especially being she was rude when I asked for her help. I rather someone else help me) she then walks over to a corner with another associate and says "I don't have to talk to nobody. That's the thing about me. I don't have to talk at all". So I walked away trying to still shop for my toddler. I got to the register asked the cashier to help me get a manager on duty attention to speak about my experience. Then come along Jakari I said "oh great, the bad customer service is the manger. Well your leadership, and management is poor, and I'll be reaching out to the manager over you about your behavior." She then tried to argue. I corrected her I didn't want her help anymore, and when I spoke to her as well spoke a second time before she went to the corner talking about me to another little girl associate " I told the cashier cancel the transaction I don't want to shop here". Now as a long time employee for Gap Inc (I worked under all gap umbrellas) it's disappointing to see such behavior, and experience a horrible shopping moment. She needs to do better, and set a better example instead of being unprofessional with poor behavior.

Very unprofessional! Some of the staff is helpful but some is completely unprofessional. The lady at the counter raised a voice at me when I asked about credit card benefits, they used to give 10% on each purchase what is no longer the case. She did not want to explain thatShe also tried to overcharge me for the items I bought. When I told her what is their promo she asked to verify and guess what!?…they incorrectly verified an existing promo. I had to get away from the register to snap a picture and prove them I am being overcharged. No apologies just pure ‘I don’t care’ attitude

Really rude cashier. She was practically yelling at us. She seemed annoyed and didn't want to work. Plus, she said "have a good night" in a very sarcastic tone.

Just had a weird interaction here. Someone in front of me in line made a comment about my dog and I didn't want to be rude so I made short conversation with him. His wife gestured him to hurry up because she had just paid, and in turn he was holding up the line by standing there talking to me. I finished my last word to him as I walked up to the cashier. When I walked up to the cashier, she looked at me and said "what??" she was confused because I didn't have any clothing to check out with in my hands because I just had a simple question. It was pretty off putting. I then told her "yeah I just have a question." I asked my question and moved out of line and then the person behind me walked up to the counter and she laughed and said "thanks for waiting" (the cashier) and basically looked my way as if the 1 second interaction we had ate up her time. The lady she rang up ended up holding up the line I noticed because she needed to grab something from the front. She sort of glared at me too (I'll own I had my dog, a small dog,) and I just looked back at her. I used to work customer service and to me it's all about the experience. Not really too smart to act that way I feel. I actually decided to not make my purchase and walked out. The cashier was a younger latina girl. Not really best practice to great someone with "what"...

It was closing time and the staff told us restroom/fitting rooms are closed. They refused to let my daughter use it. I walked away so upset but before I left I asked again & Alisha was super kind about allowing me to leave my bags up front and use the restroom. My daughter loves this store & Given it IS a family friendly store, bathrooms should be available to those who purchase. Thanks so much Alisha!

Well stocked store, great selections but not much help from staff. There was only 1 cashier on a Friday evening in a busy location.
