Kyle Karmo at Prime Lending did an excellent job with helping my husband and myself to Refi from Rocket Mortgage to Prime Lending and we were able to pay off all of our bills and receive 2600.00. He is certainly a knowledgeable employee at Prime Lending who my husband and I highly recommend to other people who desire to have all of their bills paid off plus receive cash in addition and to work with Kyle Karmo who is highly knowledgeable and kind in his position at Prime Lending 100 per cent. My husband and I have never posted a review for a lending institution, but our experience working with Prime Lending exceeded all our expectations, so much that we feel compelled to share our experience.My husband and I were put into contact with Bill Katakis at Prime Lending by our real estate agent, when we started on our home search. Our new home purchase was dependent on the sale of our existing home. Throughout the entire process of underwriting and loan approval, Bill went way above and beyond to make sure (1) we understood in full detail all the mechanics of the financing and (2) that our risk was mitigated to the highest extent possible. Bill thought of every single possible exposure point and planned around it so that we were not over-leveraged in any way. He stayed in constant contact with our real estate agent to make sure he had real time information on the sale of our existing home. On closing day, because Bill had accounted for all the possible costs and walked us through all of the logistics, we had no surprises; our loan closing was a breeze.Bill is motivated to serve his clients and ensure their financial interests are protected. He will not try to sell a riskier loan product or lend more to you than what you can afford. Buying a home is the largest purchase that one can ever make, and in that sense, the most stressful. We were at ease the whole time knowing that Bill and his team had prioritized our best interests. To boot, Bill is so personable to work with and extremely experienced and knowledgeable. We have the ultimate trust in Bill and his team at Prime Lending and would recommend them hands down to anyone.
