Ashanti was beyond incredible. I got a new unit after calling and signing up with the Public Storage call center and was given not only a unit I didn’t ask for but one that had a pole in it. Ashanti took the time to personally walk me through units until I found the right one for my needs. She went above and beyond and I recommend her to all.

I have a pleasant experience with Tiesha. She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and seemed to really enjoy helping me.
I felt very comfortable with her. She answered all my questions and showed me units I wanted to see. She is what to me an above and beyond kind of person.
Thank you so much Tiesha for being patient with me. I will highly recommended this storage place.

Honestly I don’t even know how to put into words the amazing service I got from Eric! This is our first time getting storage and we had a lot of questions. Eric was so patient with us and walked us through the whole process and showed us the many different options he had. We looked at other storage company’s but our search is over! Eric has made us feel that we are definitely making the right choice storing our items at this location!

Our unit (and others) has been broken into TWICE in the past few months. The offenders were able to access multiple units and fill up a U-Haul, so security must not be super tight. Public Storage has not been very helpful. The least they could do is offer a discount, nothing.
