I love coming here..not just for the jewelry but the way the staff carry themselves it's very friendly almost like family. The team members greet themselves with compassion, hugs genuine smiles. the moral and energy is visibly high. Over great shopping experience everytime

This place is 10/10. My fiancé's parents go here for their jewelry and we started to do the same for our engagement/wedding rings. The people working here are amazing and great to work with. We love everything we have gotten here and have had 10/10 experiences each time we visit. Special shoutout to Evan for going above and beyond to help us. Highly recommend going here.

My fiancé and I had such a pleasant experience looking at rings! Luisa was absolutely amazing. She helped us find exactly what we were looking for. She was so kind and invested in finding us the perfect rings for our special day. We felt like our time and opinions were valued and important.

Took my two girls into Shane Co. to surprise them with their first set of pearl strands. Greeted as we entered the showroom then asked what we were looking for and assured that an associate would be with us momentarily. Reggie inquired what I was looking for then proceeded to the back room to locate the necklaces. Reggie engaged in conversation with me and my girls while they were trying them on which made them feel important. Reggie informed the girls of how to care for their necklaces and warranty information then showed us the history of Shane Co. through the portraits on the walls. He walked us to the payment area and thanked us. The associate that concluded our purchase nicely put each item in individual boxes and bags for each girl and also gave girls suggestions on how to care for their pearls. Over all a great experience

Ryan (jeweler) Took the time to sit with me and explain the process for fixing my ring. He is very knowledgeable and patient with me, his turnaround time was quick , and my ring looks brand new and beautiful.. THANK YOU ,Ryan you and the staff at Shane co are always wonderful. I highly recommend this establishment❤️

We came in on 5/30 and spoke to Luisa! I was given a gift card as a grad gift, and knew already the piece I wanted. She was super nice, knowledgeable, and beyond friendly. The process was quick, and I left with my new earrings! Thank you!

I went in to pick up 2 pieces and waited at minimum 15 minutes after giving the gentleman my information. It was a much better experience when customers were picking up their items in the office area and it makes more sense to go directly to the back, I get the purpose of wanting to "entice" the customer but...in my case it was a major waste of time and a source of frustration.

The customer service is always top notch. I bought my wife her wedding ring there a couple years ago and we have been by several times to have it cleaned. Every time we have been there the staff has been awesome.
