I've been to this location many times since its where we purchased our wedding rings. our experience here has always been great but today was a bit strange. as soon as I walked in I noticed all the associates were busy with a customer, but in the middle of the sales floor was a woman, who I assume is the manager. she was just standing there menacingly, looking toward the direction of a sales associate, almost as if she was trying to intimidate her. She gave off bad vibes the entire time I was there. she walked around and looked angry while micromanaging the staff, but didn't help any of the customers that were waiting for an associate. I hope the associates are being treated with respect behind the scenes because if the energy given off today by the manager is any indication, I might not continue shopping at this location even though the rest of the staff is amazing and friendly

The customer service and jewelry quality at this location has real gotten bad. Over 20 years of doing business at this location my wife and I have gotten 2 wedding rings, bought diamonds and had a custom set made for my wife and just recently bought a replacement box chain necklace for my wife's diamond journey Leo Necklace and it was like talking to a two year old that didn't want to help us and could hardly pay attention to customer needs. Oh and by the way necklace lasted less then 6 months broke and my wife luckily noticed and found the diamond charm on the carpet. I swear if they try and say they want to repair it instead of replace it, I will never step foot in there again. They went from a respectable jeweler to a mall style kiosk quality.

I can't give enough good praise about this Shane Co. location. My fiancé purchased my engagement and wedding band here. He worked with Char to create the ring of my dreams. Char is absolutely wonderful! He is very friendly and knowledgeable and truly cares about his customers. We went back a few times to purchase my fiancé's wedding band and a silver chain and made sure to specifically get helped by Char. Even if he was helping another customer, we would wait. He was so personable and remembered our engagement and asked about the wedding. It made us feel cared about and not just another purchase. Another reason I love Shane Co. is because of their lifetime warranty. In the middle of moving, my hand got pinned between a door and the wall. My engagement ring became so disfigured and I lost 3 small diamonds. I was freaking out and so upset! I called Shane Co. and they told me it would be no problem. They could fix it for free under the lifetime warranty. I was there the next morning right at opening and met with Char. He assured me that my ring would look as good as new. The weight lifted off my shoulders. He even gave me a pink "toy" ring to wear on my engagement finger until mine came back. After a few short days, I was notified that my ring was ready. I picked it up and like Char had promised, it looked like new! Thank you so much to Minh who did an amazing job fixing my ring! Minh, you are a lifesaver! I'm so thankful to the wonderful people at Shane Co. and will continue to be a repeat customer.

If you are looking for a special piece of jewelry go to Shane Co. We have returned many times over the years and have always encountered friendly staff who are very knowledgeable. This last time my husband and I went to upgrade our daughter's earrings for her 18th birthday and Nayely was the one who helped us. She was friendly and went out of her way to find us the perfect gift. Cynthia and Delia also helped us when there was an issue with our account. They helped us and discussed our options to upgrade our daughter's baby earrings for larger ones for her birthday. Nayely also helped me over the phone regarding a ring I was looking for. She was amazing. Thank you.

Evan helped me today and he was fantastic. I was honestly a little nervous about the whole process and he made me feel instantly comfortable. Shane has one of the best warranties I've seen. The princess cut diamond on my ring got a small chip in it when I accidentally hit the edge of a table with the right force and at the right angle. They were unable to fix the diamond And replaced it, no extra charge because of the warranty. Yall, I mean, who does that! Shane co! That was a few years ago. I recently went in because one of the small diamonds fell out. Idk how but it did. Simon helped us and he was very kind and friendly. I felt comfortable with him and assured me that my ring would be like new. All repairs are done in-house so you have peace of mind knowing that they aren't going to ship your ring to another place and then ship it back and have something go wrong (true story).

Went in to do my warranty cleaning and was greeted by Charan Persaud for the 2nd time with a huge welcoming smile. My first initial visit with him was so great I walked out of there talking to myself on how great and on point his customer service was. He's attentive, listens if you have any issues and gets them resolved asap. Today I went back for my cleaning and there was Charan with his welcoming greeting. He was fast, attentive, researched and updated my information. He cleaned my ring and made sure to ask if I was satisfied. It's been really hard to find good customer service these days and you find yourself with someone who just needs a job for money. Not someone who does there job to help not just for the money but to actually help and please people. Now in Charan he's truly the definition of over and beyond customer service and making sure your completely 100% satisfied with his service. If he's helping you you're definitely in good hands! If you're ever in Walnut Creek stop by and see Charan!

Kudos to Char for his excellent customer service and professionalism. The purpose of my visit was to have my husband's chain clasp repaired (a fault of our own) and he arranged the repair work hassle-free. In the process I started browsing for a new Cuban chain necklace and Char was very helpful in showing me various styles and walking through all the payment options in detail. He went the extra mile by sending a follow up email with the website links for the items I wanted to flag. Ever since my husband's great experience purchasing the engagement ring I refuse to shop at any other jeweler. It's worth mentioning that we have been coming in more frequently to get it cleaned, and it's always been a hassle-free experience. Reggie helped us find the perfect wedding bands for my engagement ring also purchased at Shane co. I'm all about simplicity and symmetry. We chose two matching bands! Not what I was expecting but it's beautiful and one of a kind! He was patient and helpful and never pushy. He even laughed when I suggested that they add some images of older folks getting engaged/ married to their in store displays. Cannot wait to say our vows and wear those beautiful rings!
