I've had nothing but great service with this branch. My account was hacked - not due their fault - and they were able to get me hooked up with a new account that same day. Everything went very smoothly. My ONLY issue is their hours. Anytime I want to go into the office, I have to take an hour from work. I wish they would have at least one day a week where they were open until 5 pm. Maybe adjust their hours to be from 10 am - 5 pm. That would be very helpful.

Just found out they had a data breach of confidential information of children with bank accounts there. The breach included the names, SSN, DOB, phone number, debit card number and home addresses of minors.They're offering a free year of "credit monitoring" which, honestly, misses the point. Sure, I'm worried about my child's credit getting messed up, but I'm much more worried about random people on the internet knowing my child's name, age, and where to find them (e.g. our address).

I've had nothing but great experiences with Spectrum FCU (aka Chevron FCU). We've had two mortgages with Chevron with Katie Farina and were so pleased with our rate and the easy process. All the bankers are awesome and so helpful. Shahla has been a great resource of knowledge in helping me with setting up CDs and being so comforting with how to handle an estate when my mother passed away. I cannot recommend this Pleasant Hill branch more! They are so helpful and nice! I highly recommend this credit union.

Several generations of my family - have been members of Chevron Federal Credit Union for over 30 years. My mom and I needed a notary - so we visited the Spectrum branch in Walnut Creek. The customer service at this branch is a cut above. We had the pleasure of working with Dunia, Michael and Noelle. Dunia not only helped us with our notary needs (no charge for members) but also gave us some valuable insights into our banking. After looking into our accounts - she determined we could get better rates - if we moved some money around. My mom will be getting better returns with the changes that were made. Dunia offered to do a overview for us - in her own time. She answered our questions and explained everything in detail. It was so nice to leave he bank that day feeling like a "member" - not just a number. Dunia provided a personalized experience that deserves recognition. The entire staff there is awesome, friendly and very accommodating.

I have been a member of the Chevron Federal Credit Union (aka Spectrum) for 36 years and am extremely pleased with the personal service they provide. Katie got us an extremely competitive mortgage every time we purchased a home (4 times!). And, it was always very simple and inexpensive to do a loan mod and get an even better rate. (We currently have a 1.875% mortgage!). Also, the Marketedge account always has extremely competitive rates and it is a checking account too. Love the personal service! Ask for Leandro for regular banking and Katie for mortgages.

I was at this branch yesterday to open a new account. The young lady was the most awesome and friendliest person I have ever worked with/talked to at a bank. I sadly do not remember my name but she sits near the front. The whole experience was easy and quick. This office is well maintained and clean and more importantly everyone seemed to enjoy working there! I got the sense that the people there truly care about helping people. I enjoy talking to this associate and found her personable and very kind. Keep up the good work!
