If you need 5 Star help at this Talbots, ask for Maria Rahman. I was so fortunate to find her. I had bought some items online and they were the wrong size and the person who did the transaction. forgot to give me the discount being offered, ever thought I mentioned it twice.Maria knew right away what size would fit me, she got me my jacket (perfect fit) ordered my sweater and applied the discount. Most of all she is very nice! I will always as for Maria. Derry

I was harassed and followed by what appeared to be a manager, the greeter was actually kind and the manager, a complete B was trying to act like she had done something right harassing me out of the store. 100% will never come back, Do Not shop here

I love this store! It is one of two stores in California with a big, open section of plus size women's clothes. It is so much fun to have rows and rows of pants to try on in my size!! You always leave this store with new clothes that make you feel amazing.So many wonderful styles to choose among, and in a safe, clean store. And what makes this store a home run is the staff: They do whatever it takes to find/ship the items you want and add laughter and good fellowship into the process.

My first visit to the 'new' revamped store. It's BEAUTIFUL! Right on the corner by the parking garage and Container Store. They moved to a different location and is awesome. It's now a two story store. Misses and accessories are downstairs and Plus and Petites are upstairs. Very modern and light and bright. Very nice dressing rooms. There is a seating area perfect to park the hubs if you need to. The staff were extremely nice and helpful and I had a great visit. I bought two things and will be back for more. Parking is on the street (meters) or in the large garage nearby. This is a great mall to spend the day at.

I have bought from different Talbots over the years so I know what to expect. There are some stores that will coo over you but some would not. This is one of those. Did it bother me? Not in the any way! I was looking for some pants and found them. The store staff would help if you ask, but I think they know not to get into customer's face which I for one do not like. I wish the store had more sizing selection but I can see why the sizes are limited since this is a small store. The downstairs is misses while upstairs are petite and plus.

Twice I have had trouble getting help online from Talbots and am so disgusted with the non-handling of my problems I will never order from them again. This last time, I am being CHARGED $25 for reward points and not only will the associate not help but when he supposedly transferred my call to a dept. that should be able to help I was told that I was not authorized to contact that dept. This is completely new with Talbots, and not acceptable, as is the dismal quality of their clothes now. New owners? New management? Whatever it is, they've lost my long-time trust and business.

I have been a Talbots customer for many years. I am from Thousand Oaks, CA where we have an Exceptional Talbots in Westlake Village, CA and another Fantastic Talbots in the Outlet Mall in Camarillo, CA. What makes those 2 stores Exceptional, The Associates. They greet you, assist you without asking and say" Come again!" whether you purchase or not! At this location in Walnut Creek after initiating eye contact with more than 1 associate , NOTHING! No Hello, No Welcome to Talbots, No May I help you, or Come again! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I hope Corporate reads their reviews and holds a seminar for the associates at Talbots, Walnut Creek on Personal Service and Interpersonal Skills with Customers!! Thank you!
