There is a reason this bank has such a low score. I was a huge fan for a long time. Now I am dealing with a nightmare where they keep allowing people that they have already deemed as fraudulent accounts to charge my canceled and closed card and they do nothing to stop it. Every month I have to start over again with the fraud issue. If your thinking of using them for a credit card I suggest you look to other financial institutions. I have never had this problem with another bank.

The worst people working here, ever. Some chick with a boatload of foundation on her face.... with a name beginning with B- maybe short for another word I can think of- told me my account was closed as of last year when I never closed my account. Yes, let's just call her "B." I couldn't think of my account number off the top of my head and had her look me up. "B" Insisted my account was closed and the balance was zero. Imagine that. I had to rummage through my files to search up my account number and most definitely no, my account is open and fine. In actuality, she happened to be intellectually bankrupt and didn't know how to look up a simple customer trustee account. "B" - please use your brain, and accept the fact that you work in the service industry. You will be a much happier person, trust me.

The worst service and advice. All I keep hearing is sorry I misspoke!!! They'll keep your money for days and not let you trade or have it!! Watch out. I'm moving mine ASAP. Watch out for Kaylie. She'll give you bogus advice too and the wrong number!! So much wasted tome and energy. Everyone is in a meeting too if you come in person. !!!

Service was prompt although I do miss private offices for discussing personal finance. The only reason I was here because I had gone to the Stockton office where my account was handled only to find it had been closed. So, an unnecessary 140 miles of driving just to make a 401k deposit.

They have never answered the phone when I call the branch or the main number. Apparently, there is always an unusually long wait time, so you wait for 30 minutes and the line goes dead. It's a good thing I'm not trading today, because I need help getting into my account. I only have an account here because they absorbed Scottrade, which was excellent. I will be finding another brokerage.

they closed my account without letting me know I have tried to call 3 times . Now I cannot get my money back their branch’s are not open due covid. WHERE IS MY MONEY AND MY STOCKS?
