The workers are pretty awesome at this place and are usually very helpful with buying Teslas. This is really a review for the managers. Tesla has a referral credit program where if an owner helps someone sell a car by referring them using a mobile code, the buyer can get a huge discount on a new car plus free supercharging miles. The managers at this location frown upon other Tesla owners giving referral codes in their store so that customers can get a discount on cars. This defeats what the Tesla referral program is all about in the first place. Dublin or Vallejo is a better option.

Incredibly disappointed with their customer service. We were interested in a Model 3 and placed a deposit after playing with the estimator calculator. The numbers ended up changing post deposit which we were reluctant but we said whatever. Moving forward we were also approved for a loan and the APR changed in the span of 2 hours literally right before our eyes. Not only that, the cost of the car on the app vs the website was different! We called a rep and after a whole hour of debauchery they told us a financial advisor would call us back. Never received a call. Just a bunch of deadline texts about how our car will be released if we don't schedule a delivery.Unfortunately, we didn't receive the smooth and seamless experience that everyone else seems to be experiencing. My initial advisor was informative but it was more like rapid-fire question moment with him--"what's next?" Rather take my money elsewhere but my partner insisted on this. Never understood the hype about this car. Seats feel cheap, paint is cheap, parts are cheap.

If you are gonna refer anybody to get point dont send it to this location. Joseph transferred referral to his name or somebody's else. I cant recommend him if you wanna work with an honest sales person.

If you plan to buy or lease a car from the Tesla sales team and are paying a nonrefundable order fee of $250, ask them to break down the price of the car and get a printed copy. I wish someone had explained to me that there is a considerable difference between "Down Payment" and "Due at Signing" for Tesla cars. As for my lease order of Model 3 a down payment of $4500 turned into $7100 due to tax, registration fee, and destination fee,........ which nobody discussed with me before I ordered my car here.

We met Brandon when we walked in to take a look at the Model 3 and ask specific questions pertaining to the vehicle as well as to the 7K+ federal rebate. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The vehicle that we wanted and ultimately selected was in Fremont CA but was scheduled to be loaded on a truck and transferred to Fresno. He took a personal and active role in ensuring that the vehicle stayed in Fremont and ultimately delivered to our home saving me an otherwise 6 hour round trip to Fresno to pick up the vehicle.

I had a major issue with the website, and purchased the wrong Tesla. However, Cristian M. Valdez, at Bakersfield Tesla rectified the issue; he added the human touch and deserves a round of applause. Buy with the Local Bakersfield Tesla dealer, they really listen to the client and provide the AAA service experience. I’ll send all clients, friends, and yes even family from here forward. Keep up the great work!

Liars. Especially Roula and her manager Ali. I was told upon purchasing my $100k model S that I would get 3 years of free unlimited supercharging. I still have not received this. I visited the showroom 2 weeks ago to discuss this and was told they were going to look into this and get back to me. Still crickets. Ridiculous!

I was told by a online tesla advisor that this location has a model 3 performance ready for demo, two days later i get there and was told that the m3p was not ready and that the front bumper needed to be fixed. So for the demo they offered a model y performance instead. So no bay area store has a m3p ready for demo! SMFH!Also advisor seemed bored and did not have the answers to a couple of my questions so i guess i know more about the specs then a advisor.I recommend going to the emeryville self serve demo if your looking for a hassle free, more enjoyable demo only without a advisor on site but they also do not have the m3p ready for demo there. There was an unfortunate and multilayered miscommunication with the dealership regarding free super charging with the purchase of my new vehicle. Ultimately Tesla refused to honor this lucrative perk & instead gave me a credit for their accessories merchandise. Not the worse thing in the world but the interaction to get this situation cleared up left me skeptical of their integrity.

Delivery and customer service experience is beyond horrible from Tesla. I've now lost a lot of respect and confidence for Tesla and their cars. They have absolute zero care for their customers and only care about themselves. Not sure if I will ever order another vehicle from Tesla in the future.

Thanks to the help of Brandon, we were able to locate & purchase a Model Y during the last days of the $7,500 Credit + 10K Charging miles discount. Not an easy feat for they were being taken out of inventory/sold within minutes of availability. Trustworthiness (New vs Used & Now vs Later), diligence, & persistence paid off.
