Touchless yes, not that soapy. If you're in a pinch and need a fast wash this is the spot. Nothing spectacular especially for $12/$15 bucks. You have to pay the $15 bucks to get wax poured on your vehicle, which is good.

We go here every two weeks to get our cars washed, as it’s the only touchless wash nearby. Everything is normally great, but today, after waiting a half hour in line, the wash glitched out and started announcing EXIT repeatedly. I stopped when the red light flashed “stop” as I have the dozens of times before.
When I went around to the front the attendants in the office were condescending and rude, cutting me off while I tried explaining the situation, telling me I pulled in incorrectly and pointing at the cameras of the car that was behind me (now inside) saying “SEE IT WORKING”. I had to repeatedly ask for a replacement coupon and even though I told them I purchased the “ultimate” wash they gave me a coupon for the cheapest wash.
Once I found out (entering the code at the kiosk) it was too late, as the cars in line prevented me from backing out and getting the correct replacement coupon.
Great wash….disrespectful, douchey employees.

The restaurant rocks, and you get Service with a smile.

In short - this place has finicky pumps and unhelpful attendants! There are several other stations nearby (like Chevron) that won’t give you issues or rob you of gas credits, so go to one of those. My mother and I went to get gas at this Texaco (previously Saranap). We went to Pump 7 and entered the Safeway rewards number and $0.20/gallon came up for use. I paid and then the machine had an error and said to put the nozzle back in place and “transaction canceled”. As this was happening my mother jumped out of the car to try to warn me, before I could proceed with the transaction, and said that Pump 7 has given her issues several times. I figured I would try again and entered the phone number for gas rewards. The pump computer then said I have zero rewards. So apparently with the computer being glitchy on the transaction it used up my points but we got no gas! I decided to go inside and see if the attendant would help me. I explained to the attendant, Aday, what had happened and that Pump 7 glitched and canceled the transaction and could he help me because I didn’t get my $0.20/gallon credit. With regular gas at $5.09 you want your discount. He told me to input my phone number and said “no points” and I proceeded to explain again. He told me to slide my card and asked how much I had planned to put on so I said “$50” but explained that I only wanted it if he was able to help me figure out the rewards issue I’d just had in the pump. I’m sure this wasn’t the first time this has happened because my mother even tried to jump out and say she’d had issues at that pump a few times. So surely an employee is familiar with this too. At this point my mother comes in and he’s saying one word things like “slide card” and being very pushy saying “push that button” and we say “wait a minute, are you charging us $50 at the $5.09/gallon price?” and he says “no rewards” and we said that’s the whole reason we came in (I’d already explained a few times), but he didn’t try to help, he just charged the card. I could have done that at the pump myself! We said we wanted to cancel the transaction and he said he couldn’t cancel or refund it. So, needless to say we were incredibly frustrated and felt ripped off when we left and won’t be going back here again. Get a helpful attendant and better yet one that speaks English well - and is willing to listen AND communicate. Supposedly his name is Aday but when we first asked him for it he didn’t want to give us his name. He knew he hadn’t listened or tried to help us and that he just did what he wanted to get us out of there.
