Got the Elfa Decor + system totaling $9000 before install. The product quality is shockingly bad and worst than Ikea products.
The drawers are made of particle board and crumbles. The drawers don’t line up straight even though they sit on brackets than hook into a metal vertical bar. The color variation / stain of the drawer fronts is not consistent.

The people that work at this store run slowly, and there is not enough staff to support the demand throughout the day. No way to run in and grab what you need quickly.
I thought that doing store pickup would be better. Nope! Not only did it take them a full 8 hours to prepare my pickup order, they marked it as picked up when I haven't been in the store. Such a disappointment. I will order online from now on.

Sadly I don't see this door surviving too much longer. Things are way overpriced and at least 85% of their stock qualifies as trendy and trinket-like. Why pay their ridiculous prices when you can get the same or similar online at a much better price and not have to be subject to all the ridiculous sales signs in the store which are really nothing more than an admission that the merchandise is way overpriced to start with. I've purchased things here before, But if you need a plastic bin, pick up one at home Depot for $7.

Understaffed by their own admission today--which is crazy for back to school time with at least one local college starting fall term tomorrow. Very crowded, long waits for help, and no one asking to assist me when I was wandering for ages looking for a desk hutch. The ladies that finally did help me were very pleasant despite the stress they were under.

Staff are super friendly and know where everything is. The location is pretty decent too since it's right across from a parking structure. Pricing for Container Store is always higher than what I expect, but you can't best the quality of some of their stuff.

We don’t go here for the music (haha) but we do go here for the containers. They have so many options to choose from. Some items are clearly overpriced. Yikes. Some are reasonable. It’s a real mix, so pay attention. But to the store manager— do consider changing the music. It’s so abrasive. Honestly, I think it’s affecting the mental health of people who shop and work there. It’s not okay.

Avoid dishonest, items way over priced in relationship to value. Order 2 draws online, drove 2 hours to pickup. One was deformed and the other cracked. How dishonest can you be when getting an order ready to handoff as acceptable when the products were defective (obviously so). This place is bad.
