Terrible service. I went in to Tiffany's in Walnut Creek today to buy a wedding gift and have it shipped out of state to the bridal couple. The sales person said that I should go home and order it on line as they don't do that. What Tiffany's on earth doesn't do this...?

Horrible customer Service at this store!
I have been a long time customer to Tiffany, and I visit stores regularly to get my jewelry cleaned.
At the Walnut Creek location, they told me two of my diamond rings BOTH had cracked diamonds and refused to clean them for me. It sounded ridiculous because diamonds are the hardest material to crack. What are the chances of having both rings cracked at the same time?
They asked me to send my rings to NY for repairs of the cracked diamonds. It turned out both rings are completely fine with no cracked stones, resulting hundreds of dollars of charges on my account. It was such a waste of time (weeks of dealing with this with the store and NY office) due to the incompetence of the staff.
It was my worst customer service experience!

Horrible customer service. When we walked in to do an exchange, the worker asked if it was the real chain in a condescending tone. Sorry? Does it look like we’re trying to dupe you? The quality of this brand is poor but not as bad as this stores customer service. I wore the necklace one day to exchange it a week later and it’s scratched. Staff was snarky and rude about it. Never returning to this store and hopefully they can find better staff. Especially the bald guy and Asian girl.

Terrible service. I had a return and they would not accept because of a different credit card used which I did not have on me. I could give the number but they said No. I had return number and box it came in. I felt because it was an online purchase and not store bought they did not want to help. They just told me how to return it and didn’t even offer to help and do that service. Four people standing around doing nothing. I will not purchase from this store or any Tiffany store again. I will spend my money elsewhere.

Love this store! Had 2 bracelet clasps replaced and they cleaned and polished them so nicely. Great service and beautiful store!

I absolutely would never shop here ever. The manager, I can’t remember his name but I remember he has a southern accent, was so arrogant and so condescending towards me. He definitely made me feel like I was not wanted in his store. I buy a lot of jewelry for my wife and two daughters. I absolutely will never buy jewelry from a guy who acts like he is too good to talk to me. All of the salespeople were nice, and the security guy was nice. The manager with the southern accent, he was not nice.

I had very good experience at the first time, me and my husband went there for marriage rings, Carole was the person helped us. She is very patient and helpful, had nice drink, asked our name and provided very useful advices.
Today, we went there again for my friend's wedding gift. Guess we looked no money to make buy anything, we looked around and finally someone came. Called us guys...? Charge me 10 cents for a bag without letting us know. I am like, why so different than the last time.
We might need to consider go to another location or online if we need anything.
